Slots Magic problem

    slots magic casino doesnt pay ..properly...i was playing vikings go berzerk..got thebonus and as my wild was the fat guy there i was betting $1,25.. ..first spin didnt pay but got 4wild second spin payz me 170 credits..third spin payz 200..fourth spin another 300.with 2wilds .then fifth spin 300 six spin payz 400 something..and the last spin lots of wild showed up..and it sayz big win..payz atlease 2000 plus....but they only paid me $30.but no credits been added to my account..now they told me i only won $30. which is bs...for $1.25 betting .all those credit that i won during the spin only $30...now they want me to send them a picture to prove it...they know i dont have..its not like i take a picture every spins..so now i dont know if they still gona pay me..someone help me out here..i got a picture for the final spin result...the one that has marked all wilds..[​IMG]

    The bonus round is NOT played at the stake you are betting when you hit it, but the AVERAGE of your bets when winning the "tokens".
    Were you betting $1.25 the WHOLE time you played this game?
    Or did you do lots of spins earlier at lower stakes?

    EG. I got this feature last night while on 10p stakes (£2.50/spin), but the coin value of the bonus was 8.829p because I collected some of the tokens on 5p bets.

    I have been waiting for a withdraw since Aug 19th from Slotsmagic and their support is not very helpful, I have sent 3 emails in the past 5 days no response to any of them.

    I e-mailed the affiliate team a few times but I never got an answer.
    May I ask you a question directly?

    I was trying to add banners for Luna Casino but when I test them they are not working.
    It seems maybe my affiliate account is not setup to promote Luna?

    I can do Slotsmagic, Drueckglueck and PlayOjo with no trouble.

    Thanks Krystal, it is a holiday here on Monday so I will wait until Tuesday and let you know. According to support on Live chat it was processed on August 19th I've never waited this long for a bank wire to go through.

    My issue with my withdrawal has not been resolved as if yet.. Support emailed me a few days ago said my banking info was wrong, I'm not sure how seeing I had originally sent a copy of a void cheque to them. Anyways I emailed them back my banking information again but have yet to hear back from them. Worst email support ever!!!

    Your bank wire was rejected by the bank because they said both the transit number and back account numbers were wrong. Now you have ''emailed us your banking information again '' but its exactly the same as the first details you sent . If we process the wire again its unlikely they will accept it this time either and then we are out of options . I suggested to you to open a Ecopayz account , could you have a think about it please ?
