I just got off the phone with the casino due to the wrong rollover applied to my deposit. They could not do anything except let me know it has been escalated to upper level management and they will respond in 24-49 hours all the while I have a $7000 rollover sitting there for a lousy 51 dollar deposit.

Fair? I think not. Something has changed since they have become accredited because this is the SECOND time a screwup has happened such as this. The first time I just dumped the money and went elsewhere to enjoy my eveing playing. This time I am very angry because it showed a rollover in the window at one amount and then I was given DOUBLE that amount of rollover!!!!!!!!!

I have played here for months without a hitch and enjoyed it very much, but now, without live chat, without customer support able to rectify the problem and making me wait till it gets escalated..this casino does NOT deserve accreditaton NOW. Something is defnitely wrong and has changed here and it stinks!

I very rarely take a bonus, but I noticed the last time I did take the weekly bonus that the WR went up to I think 35X. I did not notice it until it was too late. The next time I logged in, I looked at the bonus and it said 60X. I just laughed at that. Does the weekly bonus WR go up each time you use it?
I did not complain because as I said I don't take a bonus that often here and it really would not bother me if I never took another one.

I noticed the WR went from 25x to 60x as well. Lily can you tell us why it went up like that? 60x seems really excessive. That's $12000 of WR for slots only on a $100 bonus that is slots only. I'm hoping it'll come down soon :eek:

Please be VERY careful claiming any bonus. The bonus terms on mine read 35x rollover and I ended up with 70x rollover!!!Even when you are right, you are wrong at any casino it seems.

Watch out for the Spooky131 bonus !!!!! It says 35X WR in the promo section of the cashier but it is 60X. I just got off the phone with CS & sent them a screen shot showing the 35X in the terms.

Some bonuses might have their rollover adjusted from time to time if it looks like they're being taken advantage of, but new ones will also be added frequently, often with relatively low rollover. Players can also have different promotions available to them (above and beyond the on-site promos) at any given time. My advice is to check your "my bonuses" tab often and check the rollover on each promo till you find one that's right for you.

The actual rollover should never be different than what is being shown in the details of the bonus in the "my bonuses" page. If anyone comes across a case like this please PM me with your info and the coupon code and I'll look into it right away.

Just want to warn players about their free $25 sign up bonus and the cashout terms of this site.

the free chip has 99x wagering and max cashout of $100. However when I actually made the wagering, I decided to cashout to see how smooth it went. I did see some term that you get a free withdrawl per month aside from that its $50 per cashout. I missed where it states cashouts under that amount are charged $50 and no free once a month cashout

Upon my cashout of $100. They charged me $50.

So dont attempt to cashout under $250 unless you want a $50 fee. This isnt just for the NDB this goes for any type of cashout on this site.

Wont be playing here ever again. I usually play at gaming club and they have free checks whenever you want and minimum cashout is $50

I also want to add they gave me two cashout option. Wire fee or check. If I cashed out via wire I would have been charged $60 in fee's on a $100 win.

I do not recommend this casino to low rollers whatsoever. Steer clear there are much better options
