Do any of my fellow us players have any feedback for Slotocash? I keep getting promotional emails from them but was unsure from a U.S. point of view if it would be worth playing/depositing.

I looked but didn't see them on the RTG list-(unless I am looking in the wrong place)

Na... they just switched to RTG a few weeks back so they are not listed yet. I believe there are a handful of players on the forum that do play there as I myself have. And in my experience, they seem to be a very customer responsive casino. When I needed to contact the I-Rep (Sloto/Georgina) here at Casinomeister she always responded extremely fast and was super friendly. I am currently awaiting a bank wire w/drawl as we speak.

Well I know all casino's that offer service to the U.S.A. have seemed to have processing problems lately. But I would like to shout out Slotocash as I just checked my bank and I have received the $2000 wire transfer they processed for me last week. Customer service has been very friendly and the I-Rep Sloto always responded to my private messages superfast! I am very happy and will definitely play there again!

I have twice had a max payout win on Triple Twister, easily made a 50% bonus wager on a $30 depost.
Cashed out 1450 and was payed in 2 hours. Week before made similar deposit with $25 + 50% bonus.
Cashed out 450. They payed in 20 mins to my Neteller account.
They have always had an excellent reputation when with Rival. Nothing has changed in my opinion with
The RTG software.
What you have to realise is that a lot of there slots are high, very high variance. It's possible to lose quickly but if your timing is right you can hit 1000 times your bet many times.
One of the best online casino's out there.

I concur that lately I have been lucky @ Sloto. Turned a $50 deposit (no bonus claimed) into $1800 playing primarily Video Poker on Thursday this week.

Thanks...........but just like most others........a lot of money gets deposited in between wins. I just don't write much about the losses.

And like others, I too struggle with discipline and play back more than I should instead of taking my own published advice about stopping when a nice win is tucked away in the account.

They may be responsive to customers as long as they lose, but after I won around $10K, all of a sudden I didn't hear a word more from them, and the cashier never had one single deposit bonus after that, even after many many deposits/losing sessions, so I took that as they don't really like people who win there .. found other places to play after that.

RTG-Sloto I don't know so much about but I saw that Stephen Vaughn is a manager there now. If I remember correctly he was a manager for Superior casino before and was alright to talk to then. He got me back in there when I was bonusbanned

Stephen is the VIP Manager and very responsive.

Georgina is the Casino Manager and a regular visitor to this forum. She does a great job and if you have any issues will respond promptly to any PM sent. I like the service level.

I agree, when Sloto first switched to RTG they were running into some slight processing problems, I exchanged about 7-8 pm's with Georgina and it never took her more than an hour to get back with me.

hi played last week there small deposits as i was trying to find out to wether they paid out on time made a small withdrawal on tues evening for 400 bucks was in my neteller account on weds morning which is great , so no problems there at all.

, but was playing the other day with a coupon code & made a slight mistake by playing cleo jackpot machine ,normal rtg lets you play this with coupons but after reading coupon details properly i found this wasnt the case here & after reading a little more over the terms i did notice a cap on per spin of 6.50 per spin , so im glad i did read this after all , good promos & good contact options which respond quickly , so i would say there are good RTG outfit .

FYI,

They appear to now charge $25 for wire transfers. Previously they charged nothing.

It would have been nice for them to inform me of the change.
