    Hi everyone :)

    I am wondering if there is anybody who can tell me about recent experiences withdrawing from Slotocash casino. I don't play that often but this is one of my favourite casinos.

    Finally won a decent amount and requested a withdrawal about a week ago, have contacted Sloto rep on here twice and there has been no reply.

    I didn't take any bonuses on the deposits and have wagered a fair bit again there since requesting the withdrawal. It was only after I got no emails or communication of any kind about the withdrawal that I thought to check here and found some posts a few months old that have me a little worried :(

    If you have your documentation all in and verified. You can contact the VIP rep, by e-mail vip @ slotocash . im (without all of the spaces). They'll generally help you, with some ease. I just had a cashout processed within 48 hours. Is yours at least processed? What method did you use?

    I no longer play RTG but they did pay me to Neteller in 48 hours or less (Slotocash) once my docs were verified. This was about a year ago. You'll be OK.

    Thanks guys :) I used Skrill/Moneybookers, the same way I deposit. Will check that my docs are in, I probably need to update them.

    If you contact Live Chat, they should tell you if your docs are up to date. I've been a member for a year now of there casino. I submitted 1 set of docs, and never have had to submit another set since. Then again I'm up to speed on what they might want for Skrill. Otherwise if Live Chat can't tell you anything. Try the VIP e-mail address. Normally Steven or Camilla are up to speed on these sort of things.

    Just a follow-up. Once I had changed my withdrawal to match the weekly limit it was processed within a day :) Faith restored!! Very happy with this casino.
