Question slotocash withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal on Jan 20th and they said they sent it on the 26th and then today I talked with them and they are saying they sent it today. Thats 20 days since the first request. Has anyone else had a problem with withdrawals from this casino or differing stories when you talk to them?
 
I have had a few withdrawals from the sloto group. the last one took about 14 days to receive. my guess is that because they have one method of payment for the usa, that they have to limit the number of withdrawals that are processed on a daily basis

I requested a very modest withdrawal 5 days ago to my neteller acc - still waiting - support told me they're having technical problems processing payments - couldn't indicate the time frame for solving this - just said would have it done as soon as possible
 
I am also waiting-

Sloto is usually under 24hrs during the week and sometimes less than an hour- I sent a polite email asking if there was an issue but have yet to receive a response (also unusual as they usually respond quickly to emails).

I would note that if it is a processor issue it seems strange as they are certainly not having a processor issue with taking money from neteller !:)

I do notice that they were a little later than usual with the VIP bonuses this month and the site took longer to change the bonus codes to February codes and there were some software glitches floating around last month.

I will draw Ms Sloto's attention to this thread.
 
Dunno what they are up to. Ms Sloto reinstated my bonus eligibility 2 months ago only to retract it without warning 2 weeks later. I didnt bother asking but am surprised they are like that. The feeling isnt good and hopefully the problems are just temporary.

Did you cash out immediately using bonuses?

I'm waiting for a cashout from Slots Capital to Neteller. Usually I get it very fast but I suspect I'm in for a longer waiting this time.
It was from free money so I'm still happy whenever it comes;)
 
It's not uncommon to get mixed messages from CS agents as it's down to what they've heard or most of the time what they've been told. As long as it's been paid today, sure it's on its way :)

I am not sure what you mean? Have you been paid today? or has someone been paid today? Sorry I am confused ! Although this is nothing new !! :eek:
 
Slotocash rocks!

From my experience Slotocash is awesome. I play across all their offers (Miami Club, Slotocash, Slots Capital, ...) i never had any real problems with cashouts, most times it takes 24-72 hours max (but i'm not from the US and i only cash out to Skrill or Neteller).

If you have a problem or it takes too long, just write Sloto, she's a fantastic rep and always when i had small issues she could help me out in very short time!!

I would agree however I usually have cash outs to neteller in under to 24 hrs during the week- it is now over 48hrs. I usually get a response to an email query within the hour - its now 24hrs with no response so something is a bit awry.

I PM'd Ms Sloto last night (Australia time) and drew her attention to this thread- hopefully she will advise what is happening at SLotocash as she is usually excellent at responding to queries.
 
I cashed out via wire last Sunday afternoon, processed late Wednesday. It was in my account today. So mine took about a week and a half. Otherwise as for eWallet payments I can't help anyone there.
 
I did a withdrawal request last Saturday to Neteller and the withdrawal is still pending (as reversible) as of this morning (Thursday).

I won with a bonus so that may have something to do with it.

Last time I cashed out without using a bonus, I think it was paid a lot quicker.
 
Hi All

We are currently unable to process any withdrawals on the RTG platform due to not being able to access the financial system. We have been waiting for 7 days now to get a resolution. I informed our support reps of this problem so you should be getting the same response from support.

I sincerly apologies for the issue and I am doing all I can to get this resolved. I understand how worried members become when withdrawals are delayed but I can assure you there are no financial issues and I expect to get all withdrawals processed today.

Incidentally you should perhaps have a chat to CS- Their statement to me (on live chat- (I have a transcript if you would like it) was that there were no issues they were aware of but as WD were up to 72hrs that was the reason and they would process soon.

Most of us are aware that there are sometimes problems with processors and would wait however if CS is making contradictory statements then everyone's "worry antennae" starts to twitch. Unfortunately even the good RTG's (which I count slotocash as one of) pay the price for some of the appalling actions of RTG's past and present.
 
Extremely slow payout from them. Took 3 emails, and live chat to get mine processed after waiting a long time. Ms Sloto was the one that helped it get going. Give her a shoutout, might help.

My withdrawal was approved on 2/8/2013. I was told that it was sent out via wire transfer the same day it was approved 2/8. Said I should receive in in 7 days or sooner. I still have not received my winnings. I know it is only a day late, but should I be concerned. Who is Mes. Sloto and how do you contact her, if I need to. TY

Ms Sloto is the forum rep and possibly the owner of the casino. I believe you can address her by her name ie Georgina. Send a private message to Sloto and she will take care of everything as she usually does. Her support staff arent too reliable imo.
