Finally cashed out at Sloto Cash. I was very happy until i saw the fees for WU :eek2:. Cashed out $160 and i am left with $75.

I do deposit there and i finally managed to win on some free spins. It took me a long time to get my account verified and i am hoping my withdraw goes well.
 
I did not want a Canadian check, very hard to cash and the fee for a bank transfer was high also. Is there a reason why the fee is so high for WU:confused:. I have not had a withdraw in a very long time so i was very happy to have one. I was depositing twice a day at my favorite casino and went way over my limit (which i rarely do) just to get nothing, not even play time.

I think the question is why is the fee so high for the wire transfer. Everyone that offers WU charges high for it because WU charges high fees, but most places I pay low or nothing for a wire or pay to card. I stopped playing at all slotto (Deck Media) casino's about 2 years ago because their fees are out of line with everyone else and they pay too slow.
 
I really honestly think what your paying for Rena, especially with a under $200 withdrawal. Is the fact that they probably have to hire a new runner every few transfers. Since after you send so many Western Unions you'll get blocked for being suspicious. The fee in itself even out of country can't be more than $30 US. You basically paying $55 to some little girl run your cash to a Western Union office for you.

On the same note, I also get the feeling Sloto isn't absorbing as much for fees as other groups are. I think pretty much whatever the processor is charging them, is what your getting charged. Which I'm sure is why the bank wire fee is so high, because there also is a risk that's associated with wires.

On either note, congrats on your cash out. Hopefully everything goes smooth for you.
 
I hope they don't have minimum cash out rule, too... It can get so complicated with max withdrawal, minimum withdrawal (after fees), insane fees (my bank charges $45 - $65 for incoming wires) to be considered, etc. Reminds me of why I'm taking a long, long break.

Check out WU fees on the WU site, it's nowhere near that amount. Usually around $20-35.


Yeah but the runners have to be paid, and there's the 'inconvenience' of payouts coming to USA that run charges up.

We (in general) have to pay insane fees for the casinos' 'trouble ' of dealing with us at all. And if bank wires are used, folks like me get hit on both ends of the transaction, plus way back when I had a withdrawal sometimes $5 - $15 kind of 'disappears' along the way. I always figured that was the processor's 'tip' they kept for themselves. :rolleyes:
 
I was hoping the rep would respond. I like the casino but i am not in any hurry to deposit and play again anytime soon. This really opened my eyes to some of the things USA players really have to deal with. It does not sink in until you are out of the frying pan and into the fire.
 
Well it was over the weekend. They still might be in today. Give them until tomorrow. They still might respond. Have you actually e-mailed the rep on here? Sometimes that'll get there attention faster from my experience.

No i haven't. It is not really a complaint, i was just posting about how high the fee was. It is free on some of the options that are not available to us :(.
I do not post much but i do see where some reps comment on posts.

I would be surprised if the rep responds. As a US player the first things I look at are:
1. How are you going to pay me
2. What's it going to cost me to get paid by a method that is acceptable to me.

If you fail at 1&2 above there is no need for me to read any more of the T & C

Can you do a wire or pay my card and pay that fee? If not looks like your going to have to play some more and try to get your balance higher.
 
I am going to contact the rep. I had a problem with my card and had to cancel it. I have a new bank card and i do not know if i can use it. Even if i got it to the max of $180, the charge will still make it under $100. I need to look at all of the options. It is always something.......:(.

Since it was reversed back to my account, i am hoping i can withdraw the full amount.
 
Since you won off a bonus chip i highly doubt that you will get the whole amount.

1st pm the rep. --she has helped many in your situation before and I think she will have the best advice for you/

Alternative solution is to ask cashier if min withdrawal is 100 and you only have 75.00 if you deposit the 25 can they then send it right away. That's what I would have done/ make sure you do not need to play the deposit only use it for the withdrawal.

O.K. I had to send copies of my CC and authorization forms for the second time. It is very frustrating but it is finally over i hope. I received a message that the docs were approved and now i am waiting for the payment. I hope to never again have to go threw this. I do like the casino. Hopefully if a manage another with draw, things will go smoothly from there.

I would venture to guess that your withdrawal will be sent in que to Western Union tomorrow morning. Then you'll probably have to wait a few days at least. I would say you'll probably see it by Friday at the earliest, next Wednesday at the latest.
