I made a deposit of $1000 in BTC yesterday with Slotocash. I used their coupon "suitemup"
On the coupon, I only noticed that play through is 60x and that blackjack only counts 1/2 of $ wagered. In essence, to receive a 100% match on the coupon, I need to wager $120,000 in blackjack. I figured that was reasonable and started playing. After playing for a couple of hours, I managed to bring my balance up to $7500 and decided to withdraw my winnings. I have cleared the play through amount and have wagered approx. $200,000.
My withdraws are currently pending but while I am waiting, I read through their general bonus terms listed here:
I have read from past forum experiences that players should not bet over $10 per SPIN in slot play while on a bonus. However I never thought this also applies to table games as well. The conditions written are also very vague and seem to refer to slot machines only. To clarify the situation, I contacted their live chat agent and the agent confirmed with her supervisor that the $10 bet rule applies to ALL games, including blackjack!
I was wagering 50-75 dollars per hand during my play and I think Slotocash might use this as an excuse to deny my payments upon reviewing my play, based on my interaction with the agent on the live chat. First of all, the $10 per bet rule did not appear on the specific coupon I used if I recall correctly. Secondly, the wording and placement of the rule in the general bonus terms is very vague and hard to interpret. Thirdly, asking a customer to clear $120,000 in wagering betting max of $10 per hand borderlines impossible.
I am utterly stressed right now. The winnings are significant and the wait for them to review my withdrawal is killing me, especially knowing that the news might not be good at all.
Does anyone here have any experience with this? Does the $10 only refer to per SPIN or does it also encompass PER hand of blackjack? And also, what do you think is the most likely outcome? Thank you!
