Slotocash Withdraw question - URGENT!

I made a deposit of $1000 in BTC yesterday with Slotocash. I used their coupon "suitemup"

On the coupon, I only noticed that play through is 60x and that blackjack only counts 1/2 of $ wagered. In essence, to receive a 100% match on the coupon, I need to wager $120,000 in blackjack. I figured that was reasonable and started playing. After playing for a couple of hours, I managed to bring my balance up to $7500 and decided to withdraw my winnings. I have cleared the play through amount and have wagered approx. $200,000.

My withdraws are currently pending but while I am waiting, I read through their general bonus terms listed here:

I have read from past forum experiences that players should not bet over $10 per SPIN in slot play while on a bonus. However I never thought this also applies to table games as well. The conditions written are also very vague and seem to refer to slot machines only. To clarify the situation, I contacted their live chat agent and the agent confirmed with her supervisor that the $10 bet rule applies to ALL games, including blackjack!

I was wagering 50-75 dollars per hand during my play and I think Slotocash might use this as an excuse to deny my payments upon reviewing my play, based on my interaction with the agent on the live chat. First of all, the $10 per bet rule did not appear on the specific coupon I used if I recall correctly. Secondly, the wording and placement of the rule in the general bonus terms is very vague and hard to interpret. Thirdly, asking a customer to clear $120,000 in wagering betting max of $10 per hand borderlines impossible.

I am utterly stressed right now. The winnings are significant and the wait for them to review my withdrawal is killing me, especially knowing that the news might not be good at all.

Does anyone here have any experience with this? Does the $10 only refer to per SPIN or does it also encompass PER hand of blackjack? And also, what do you think is the most likely outcome? Thank you!

This sounds not so good. But if I where you I would wait a while and see what comes up. Some online casino's do have a long period for cashouts. I do understand it is very annoiing but casinos surprised me more! I hope you will get your money!!

So you wait until you play and win to read the terms? What the hell would you do that for?

Yes, expecting someone to wager $120,000 on blackjack with a max bet of $10 is beyond absurd and surely they cant mean that?

Sorry mate: Winnings confiscated - deposit returned.
When will players EVER learn to READ the DAMN TERMS if they are taking a BONUS??? :sob:

KK

Well, one is that the terms are hidden in a very obscure location. It is not listed on the coupon itself when I redeemed it. I just tried another coupon and can confirm that the requirement is nowhere listed. It is only listed at the bottom of the site and even then you have to click several links to "general bonus links"

Secondly, it is very vaguely worded:

In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus including cashback offers (10 being the maximum unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise). Betting above $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings voided.

Progressive jackpots games are excluded from any promotion excepting our 50% Jackpot Match Bonus with coupon code SLOTOJACKPOT

It starts talking about max bet size then jumps to talking about slots. And coupled with the absurdly large play through requirement, it is very reasonable to assume that table games are excluded from this $10 requirement.

Like I stated earlier, clearing $120,000 with $10 bets is just not feasible. I never even gave such a ridiculous requirement a second thought.

So you until you play and win to read the terms? What the hell would you do that for?

Well, do you ask the pitboss for a manual of terms and conditions when you go gamble in a casino? If blackjack pays out 6:5 instead of 1.5 it would be posted on the felt of the table. Likewise, if this requirement is be to strictly adhered to, then the casino should have listed it on the COUPON when I redeemed it. Not at the bottom of the site hidden 4 links away....

You must be pretty new to online casinos.
It doesn't matter what you or I think is reasonable or not - the only thing that matters is what the T&Cs say.
Secondly, it is very vaguely worded:

Betting above $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings voided."
How is that in any way, shape or form vague???
And it's not "Hidden" - this is the FIRST term in both the General Bonus Terms and the Welcome Bonus Terms.

Again, I'm really sorry for you over this, but you made the classic mistake (like 100's before you) of not reading all the bonus terms before you started play. You broke the term - end of story.
Your only hope is that the casino is sympathetic and cuts you a break - but I honestly don't think that is very likely. :(

These days just about ALL casinos have rules like this - so next time make sure you check the T&Cs first, and if in doubt, ask.

Yeah you are obviously new to the online casinos.

Next time read the terms.

Indeed I am new to online casinos. I played on Ignition/Bovada before. They seem to be much more straight forward and honest with their bonuses. And I assumed slotocash would be the same. Clearly I seem to be mistaken.

Funny thing is that I never even dipped below my original deposit so my winnings had nothing to do with the bonus technically. Oh well....lesson learned.

Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh but even my kids know (ready for when they are 18) that 75 a hand is a none starter for sure and also there is a lot of rules surrounding table games, usually that they either contribute 0% (or very little) or that they cannot be played at all with a bonus.

This knowledge alone albeit vague would urge any player with even the slightest casino player experience to read the rules first!

I absolutely hate reading winning confiscation stories but if players won't help themselves, then......

Oh please. Why do veterans of this forum think that it is the norm everywhere that these absurd rules hidden in mazes is expected to be read by new players?

On ignition, you can wager up to 500 and it still counts towards the play through. There is non of this bullshit.

So how do you expect everyone to know about this without first falling for it at least once?

What is wrong with betting 75 a hand? Does your 18 year old know that you have to play roughly 2000 hands to fulfill the play through? At a game with a negative of 0.6% assuming perfect play and no misclicks, you stand to break even with a $1000 bonus. And how is 2000 a low volume by any means? What is wrong is asking your customer to play 12000 hands to clear a bonus....

New or old, Terms have been about longer than the internet or any casino site's,

Yes no one is stating that the 10 max is good, BUT that is the rule, If you do not like it than simple do not take the offers, Like its been pointed out, In this case the rules are not hidden, Yes it would be good to see on the token / Voucher, Maxbet x max win x,

I feel sorry for you, Maybe the high roller token you took may not have had a max bet or 100 so keep your fingers crossed, You should receive the deposit back in any case,

Always read the main terms, As they normally over ride any vague term,

Its not about being a "veteran" but very simple that people should read the T&C especially when taking any kind of bonus. It does not matter if we agree with them or not, or even if they are half way down page full of text. If its in the terms its in the terms, and in reading through we can make an informed choice as to if we play subject to such terms or not. I know its harsh to hear but I think the best you can hope for is deposit returned. It matters not if a player things a term is BS - .... what matters is that they are in place. Ignorance is no defense of the law... and the only way we can expect "everyone to know" is by reading what it is front of you. Expensive lesson for sure and I do feel for you on this .... but dont see this ending in your favor sorry.

Of course it is about being a veteran. Let me give you this example that I saw on the news a couple of months ago. A guy ordered a dish of shrimps in a restaurant in China. He saw the price of 19.99 and felt it was fair. When the bill came, he was charged 500 dollars because 19.99 was per shrimp instead of per dish.

Let me make this more relevant for you. You go to a steakhouse and ordered a steak for 40 dollars assuming it was per order. At the bottom of the wine menu states that 40 dollars is not per steak but rather per ounce. So you are ok with fronting the money despite that you know you got conned? Are you going to blame yourself for not reading the terms and conditions?

This is similar. I read everything there is to read on the Coupon. I understood everything that was written and started playing. It is reasonable to assume all of the requests listed are on that coupon. Why would you write something as important as max $10 er bet or forfeit wins in such an obscure place? Just as if your steak is charged per ounce instead of per dish, you will have it next to the price of the dish, not at the bottom of the wine menu.

And trust me, most players are like me. We will not read the terms and conditions page. We believe that if something is important, it will be written in an area we can easily access and put in terms we can easily understand. So if this was put on the coupon and that the coupon stated that for all table games, I can't bet over $10 then I will not have a problem with this.

However, I just can't imagine how many players they have duped out of their winnings with something like this. Also, why would they ever want to restrict their players to $10 betting on blackjack is simply beyond me. I don't think they even care about repeat business? So they basically want your first deposit and just scam you once and think that there are enough players out there willing to give them a shot? 120x play through for large deposits make zero sense for table games if we can only bet 10 per hand. It is like they only want micro players on their site and not someone who genuinely want to bet as they do in a brick and mortar....

Nowhere does it say on the coupon nor their promotional email that there is a 10 dollar max bet requirement. Also, there isn't even a link to terms and conditions from the coupon or promotion email.

Refer to the attachment to see just where terms and conditions is located. Even after clicking that page you have a separate link to click to get to where you want to go.

Says it all ... in bold above. Your examples are ridiculous and totally not relevant to online gambling. Your bitter because your not going to get paid (due to not reading the T&Cs and if you keep on with the "I will never read the T&Cs" I can almost guarantee you will face exactly the same situation again. An expensive lesson to learn to learn for sure. You have not been duped because they have made it clear in the terms which you by your own admission refused to read. We could round in circle but actually think your tone is arrogant , and shows signs of spitting your dummy out because your not getting what you want. Maybe you get lucky maybe they cough up, but I doubt it. In future though take some advise from "veterans" read the terms & Cs ....it will save you headaches further down the line

Taken directly from Slots General Bonus terms - took me under 2 minutes to find it ...

"Only bets placed on Slots, Real-Series Video Slots (excluding progressive slots) and Scratch Cards count towards the wagering requirements of the bonus. While the welcome bonuses are active, the MAXIMUM bet allowed is $10 per SPIN. Wagering on any other game or betting over $10 per spin will void all winnings on these promotions."

Seems clear cut to me ....

How are my examples not relevant? Arrogance is on your part not my. Your arrogance is in assuming that all players are familiar with how online gambling works. We are not experienced enough to know that online gambling works (read: manipulates) in a different way compared to other businesses. We treat it as we would treat any other business entity.

And trust me, if I know that all sites are there to entrap their customers rather than operate a fair business (when odd are already immensely in their favor) then good luck to them. I am sure they wouldn't miss just one customer

Just in case you missed my last post above ... but you only have yourself to blame. No one else.

So answer this, why is something this important NOT on the coupon?

Why is this hidden at the bottom of the site in such small letters?

Also, why do they keep on repeating the word SPIN? And the only time they might refer to blackjack is "any other game" and even then it is coupled with or betting $10 per spin. They can't be more specific?

Also, I am not playing SLOTS. I was playing TABLE GAMES.

And why do you even have to FIND it? Do they not have an obligation to STATE something this important on the BONUS page when you redeem the bonus?

This is exactly like the steakhouse scenario. Somehow you believe online gambling should have a different set of business ethics compared to other business operations. That is ridiculous.

Correct thats why I bolded the important part ... "

"Wagering on any other game or betting over $10 per spin will void all winnings on these promotions."

which means any other game - slots - keno - scratch cards - roulette Black jack - video poker etc .... seems your only seeing what you want to see to try make it fit your story.

You really need to accept you broke the terms no matter if you agree with them or not and you will not see a dime.

You just don't like being wrong do you? You ignored every single IMPORTANT point I raised and picked on something that is barely relevant....the ISSUE AT HAND is their BUSINESS ETHICS

I know that my winnings might be voided. However what I am NOT ok with is that this is somehow my fault rather then their manipulation. Like I said, ANSWER these questions:

Bottom line is somewhere on the site there will be the rules, Its up to us to find them, Rules are there for a reason, and most of the time to screw us over,

most employ dicks that need a ton of Viagra t0 even move, do every think they can to run cost down,

What they do not Skimp on is lawyers and phycologists to fuck up our heads with all the terms,

Like I said you maybe in luck, I know theses casino do have other times when it comes to VIP big roller bonus, I class a 1k as a big deposit and I think most casino will
