It's not that there should be no rules. Casinos should (and need to) be able to set any rules they like. However, they need to program the software so that players cannot break those rules. Gamblers like to gamble, period. And most like to gamble on lots of things. Therefore, if a player makes a wager, any wager, it should stand. The casinos, in turn, need to block off games and limits that are not allowed. I forget what software it was, but when one went to certain games, a popup would appear saying "this game is not allowed for the bonus you are playing." Same thing needs to be in place for the limits. This would eliminate much confusion and even some "spirit of the bonus" issues. I remember a large deposit I made years ago where I wanted to play blackjack up to $250 per hand, which was over that casino's general limit. Well, they made the min bet $50, so that I could not play big and then "grind it out," as that was not what they wanted (not that there is anything wrong with grinding it out).
Software like this would make everything so much easier for everyone!
