And what about your criminal lack of a UK license but accepting UK players issue? This doesn't really need clarification from your provider about the issue. The issue is your customer service agent accepted my complaint and promised to return my stake then you just decided not to.
 
Yawn, I'm not even bothered about getting my stake back anymore even though that's what I was promised. It was a small stake, I'm not missing the money. How appallingly you acted with my complaint is more the axe I've got to grind. I was happy to refer this to the UKGC but alas, no license and accepting UK players. Are accredited casinos allowed to break licensing laws? Interested in the views from the powers that be on here.

We have investigated further into your issue with our software provider and we can confirm that there is no multiplier feature in the European Roulette.

We'd be glad to provide you with your betting report so you can review step by step the bets you placed including multiple games where you placed between 14-18 bets simultaneously .
