Whilst I see how this could be annoying, don't you think that you're making a mountain out of a molehill here?
You know they're in the middle of an upgrade and support has quoted 24 hours which wasn't even up when you posted. It was a free tournament, so you aren't out of pocket, and you know that sloto are good for it......and the amount we are talking about is $38.
IMO it is a huge overreaction to be emailing VIP support and posting on Facebook etc when the timeframe hasn't expired, and creating a thread here complaining the whole issue.
Surely you could have given them an extra day, or contacted the rep privately, before dissing them in public? IMO an accredited casino deserves at least that much. Are things really that desperate that you have to resort to this over $38?

At the moment you have limited access to view most discussions: you can't make contact with thousands of fellow players, affiliates, casino reps, and all sorts of other riff-raff.
