Hi, thanks for asking and sorry for being away: guess I was way too upset after this ordeal to even touch any casino-related thing, or even my computer, forget follow-ups )) Yes, in the end of several-hours (!!) chat, gazillion PMs and emails, I did get paid. I insisted that I get my money directly to my Monebookers account, and not moved to other casino, where I did not even have account at the time.

I do not think I'd ever play in new RTG Sloto (I prefer no-download games, and those in new Sloto are few and funny-looking). As for Desert Nights, it is another story... the confusion and misunderstanding with support so far proved un*rival*ed :D
