Slotocash RTG- slow payment, bad support and processing errors

I believe its payout times.

Ahhh.

Generally, payout times do not form part of the terms and conditions, for the simple reason that they are open to external influence and mileage may vary according to country, payment method, and prevailing conditions with processors etc.

Hence, it is unlikely that Sloto "broke their own terms".

You are right though the payout times are generally more important than the terms and conditions

When speculation has done its worst, two and two still make four - for the record we always pay our members withdrawals, there are no issues and no signs to read!

Ms Sloto

There are clearly some issues. If there are no issues, there should be no players experiencing delays in receiving their withdrawals, especially the non-US players who have been reporting much longer delays than usual. So far, it is true that every player has been paid....... eventually, but this is sufficient deviation from the norm to raise fears that a breaking point might be reached where players' funds could be at risk.

It is accepted that US players will have intermittent periods of delay, but non-US players should experience no delays other than those normally associated with the process. For example, what now takes 9 days that used to take 3 for a non-US player, and is also "not an issue".

Well, if they aren't processing w/d's in a 'timely fashion' why are there no flags on the accreditation criteria under their listings? I would personally suggest 'proceed with caution' now. The issues are clearly endemic throughout the group.

Doesn't sound great. The speculation about cashflow issues is odd when you consider that they are planning to soon open 2 or 3 more new casinos. Maybe they are spreading themselves too thin.

Their processing issues need to be sorted out first. The problem is that they are saying they have no issues, so what players are experiencing is "intended normal service" which is far slower than it used to be. It is also affecting non US players, so this is more than the delays caused by the complications involved in paying US players.

Certain non US withdrawal options are instant, so ALL delay there is down to the casino and it's processor, not "the banking system" in general.

People seem to be jumping to conclusions and alarmed because it's involving their money and trust. I'm sure you can understand... After the shit hit the fan with UseMyWallet and other horror stories attached with online gaming, why wouldn't they be?

Your response IMO is vague and doesn't answer peoples questions. These people have a certain level of trust with your establishments. Why the delays?

Boo Slotocash Max Bet Rule

Now that the RTG sites have bonus rules right below the chip you are selecting, you would think if there was a max-bet rule that it would be listed there.

Boo to slotocash for not putting it there and also for rejecting my withdrawal after first approving it pending a documents update.

1. I have never heard of a such a rule and I don't see how this rule is really "in the interest of fair gaming."

2. I spoke to live chat before to ask about the rules and wasn't told about this rule.

3. Up until this point slotocash had been good to me and processed my withdrawals in a timely manner so this comes as a real shock.

Will never play there again.
