Slotocash made me smile this morning!

Over the weekend and through the course of the past 2 or 3 months, since I registered with slotocash, I have made a good amount of deposits. I play their daily free rolls (along with the sister site Desert Nights) and generally make my deposits exclusively at Slotocash. What happened this morning was just affirmation as to why this particular casino is favorable to me.

I deposited about 100.00 in a few increments and had inquired about their VIP club which I joined; but i didnt have any luck on my deposits. Bang! 50.00 free chip, oops lost that one too. Basically I went to bed last night feeling confident that when I wake up, and since I achieved "VIP" status, I figured I would get another bonus!

But I got up this morning and checked my emails, found nothing. Hm. I then mosey'd on in to the lobby and saw, "0 messages 0.00 Balance." It kind of ruined my morning, and to my fellow breakfast gamblers you know the feeling. I decided to express my concern and hit up the live chat.

"Hello David, How are you today?...." Says Jessica of the Slotocash support team (who might be my favorite and friendliest casino help I have met thus far ((no offense to you other greats)) And I then expressed my sanguine attitude and told her i cant redeem the trivia bonus because the last addition was a chip i didnt necessarily ask for, and I was so bummed out about it.

She threw a "but" in the following sentence and said that they want to accomodate their loyal players and gave me a 20.00 free chip at 200.00 max cash out.

I smiled andf told her about it.

She told me to make sure I always smile.

Slotocash is Not Recommended at Casinomeister.
No win, but that is just gambling for you, ya know?! I was just impressed with the service

Agree deezle-good customer service makes the world of difference. It tends to make you lose with a smile because you had a good experience/entertainment value. The smart casinos know that is what keeps us coming back for more right?
 
Make no mistake about it. Live chat staff at Slotocash and Desert Night are nice annd friendly. With regard to free chips/bonuses they are always on top of things and I lavish my praises on them. However, it may be beneficial to them to be more acquainted with other technical issues like deposits/withdrawals and simple software issues.

The cashier is second to none. Rarely, if ever, have w/ds not been processed within 24 hours. Frankly, they are really giving Club World and Jackpot Capital a run for the money.

I'm just going to jump in and say that I was able to withdraw a nice amount not long ago (around the 2k mark) from Desert Night's Rival. I withdrew on a Sunday and had money in my bank by Wednesday. How can you not love that?

My only complaint is that their Rival coupons (at least for free chips, I haven't taken a bonus in a while) stay stuck until you can make a withdrawal, and considering the limit for US withdrawals is $350, you're kind of stuck playing on that coupon with "extra" WR. It's a shame, because they used to clear automatically. I guess it's an annoyance, but a relatively small price to pay for feeling secure with an operation. I also had an issue where I played a free chip and had to've met the WR, but it still showed as "cashout requirements not met" in the cashier for a very, very long time. Again, overall a blip on the radar.
