here is what I got from them instead of the Check

Dear

Thank you for your patience regarding your payout of $982 via Check.

Unfortunately, this payout was denied as you have not upheld our max bet rule:

Promotional Terms and Conditions:
21. Max bet rule for all bonuses = $10.00. Any winnings plus bonus amounts derived from such bets will be voided.

We have denied your payout and voided your winnings and your bonus. We have credited your deposit of $36 back to your account.

Yours Sincerely,

Kayla
Casino Payments

they credited $60 back to my acct - that was the actual deposit amt and $36 was the bonus
But there is no such rule on their site!! There is another one about $6.50 max bet but it does not say anything about voiding winnings. Also it was my first win there while I made many many deposits. So can I get them all back?

Interesting. It states any winnings plus bonus amounts derived from the bets placed. So, one could reasonably expect any winnings not derived to be left untouched and returned?

They do have a rep here, though good luck with getting any resolution. From what I have seen they seem very selective in what they post. Good luck to you!

General Bonus Terms

In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus (6.50 being the maximum unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise).

Welcome Bonus Terms

In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus (6.50 being the maximum unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise). If you place any wager of $6.50 or above, the bonus and any winnings thereof will be voided.

$7,777 Welcome Bonus

The first deposit promotions are available only for your first 5 deposits at the casino. Each bonus must be claimed with its respective deposit (1st deposit bonus should ONLY be redeemed with 1st deposit at casino, 2nd deposit bonus should be redeemed with 2nd deposit, and so on). Failure to do so may result in bonus(es) voided and any winnings thereof.

Only bets placed on Slots, Real-Series Video Slots (excluding progressive slots) and Scratch Cards count towards the wagering requirements of the bonus. While the welcome bonuses are active, the MAXIMUM bet allowed is $6.50 per SPIN. Wagering on any other game or betting over $6.50 per spin will void all winnings on these promotions.

Betting more than the maximum bet tends to result in voiding the winnings at all casinos that have maximum bet for bonuses. I don't think you are going to get the money back.

Finn, the last two quotes are for welcome bonuses and it was not a welcome bonus I played. Those bonuses are slot-only and 6.50 is a reasonable limit for slots.
For table game 6.50 max is nonsense. You cannot even double or split in BJ can't call in poker games when betting table min.

Also the first quote does not say winnings will be void.

Well why would they state a maximum bet if there were no consequences for braking the term?

Sorry, but the term is crystal clear and I'm afraid that if you did bet more than $6.50, then you can't really complain that they took your winnings.
I'm sorry you seem to have made an unfortunate mistake (not the first person to do that... and not the last). The most important thing is the lesson you have learned, that you must ALWAYS check all the T&Cs at any casino BEFORE you start playing.

What a coincidence! She have copied a term from Jackpot Capital group.
They have recently changed their Max bet term on bonuses to $10, and it is nr 21 in their T&C's

I have suspected for sometime now that they are taking care of Slotocash support.
Here was the proof of that.

Slotocash still have their Max bet rule of $6.50.
You will not get anything back from them. That rule you obviously broke.

To answer your questions. Yes you broke the terms as clearly states max bet is $6.50 unless specifically stated. Yes it says in terms all winnings will be voided. And no you cant get all your previous deposits back tho they returned your deposit from this session. And as for the amount you can bet at blackjack etc. then most bonuses you arent allowed to play on table games. Sorry hate seeing people lose money as its hard enough to win but in this case the casino is right.

For awhile now Sloto has outsourced their customer chat support to the Jackpot Capital group, are they doing it with email support and payments as well? Seems like someone is confused between Slotocash and Slotastic.

Either way OP, if you broke the $10 max bet rule then you obviously broke the $6.50 rule as well.

I think your right, that is a slotastic/jackpot capital term.

I think the player was playing Slotastic with the email and the quoted term, as others have pointed out.

But now on to Slotocash, their max is $6.50 how pathetic.

Too many things are happening in this business to remember it all, or I can blame my age:oops:

I knew they outsourced their support, but didn't remember it was to JC group. I won't forget again so thanks Chayton:thumbsup:

The 6.50 Max bet rule is not new though. I remember threads a couple of years back about denied winnings, so that have always been there.
