Slotocash and the runaround :(

I've been on this site for a while and read reviews etc about many casinos and played at many. I decided last week to give Slotocash a try and ended up winning a large sum of money (largest i've ever won anyway). I'm not sure if it's a common occurance with Slotocash but so far they've done everything to make it impossible for me to put through my withdrawl smoothly.

I placed the withdrawl Saturday, talked to live support to make sure I was doing everything properly, sent them my ID docs which they emailed saying they received and it would be processed shortly.

Tuesday morning rolls around and my day starts off with an email saying my withdrawl was declined. I contacted live support and was informed it was an error in their system and to put the withdrawl through again, everything would be fine so I did.

I kept checking the status and late this afternoon decided to make sure everything was ok (just in case) I talked to support and was told everything was fine, it would be approved and sent over shortly.

One hour later I receive an email saying my withdrawl has been canceled due to another technical error and to put it through again and it would be processed right away. So I contacted support asking how this happened when an hour earlier when everything was checked I was assured repeatedly everything was fine. She explained the issue with their system and assured me once I put it through again it would go through right away and be put as top priority and to contact live support again once I do.

I got home from work an hour after that, logged into the casino, my withdrawl wasn't canceled it's still sitting as pending, I was confused since this went against what the support email said so I contacted live support yet again.

The new agent at first tells me they haven't received my ID docs, so I copy paste the ticket number saying yes they have and they emailed me saying as much. Then I'm put on hold and told I need to cancel it and put the withdrawl through again, I again ask why I have to if it hasn't in fact been canceled on their end like I was told it was. Hold again, then I'm informed there's a fax back form I need to fill out...

Now through the entire week and all the countless chats and assurances and checking things I'm told everything is fine then this suddenly comes out of no where. So I reply I'll fill out the form and send it back right away and what the process is since with withdrawl hasn't been canceled and I've been told twice it'll be pushed through quickly and made top priority. She says I have to wait 72hrs for the form to be approved and then the withdrawl will go through the approval process which is another 72hrs...

So is this a normal? Has anyone else been put through this? I've played at many casinos and never come across something like this before where so many errors and contradictory things are said. It's gotten to the point where I'm severely disappointed and I don't even understand what's going on any more.

To be fair I have only had 1 or 2 dealings with slotocash, only a few as I usually pay at MG casinos.

However on the first on which I won a small amount on the NDB I received upon signing up,the WD was in my MB account as soon as I woke up-less than 12 hours if I recall-which to be honest I wasn't even expecting to be paid-as I believe this happened before I oined here so I had no idea if they were decent or not.

If I were to bet on the outcome,I would bet on you being paid-I believe they are accredited here so just keep plugging away an jump through the hoops that they ask. That way theres no way a payment can be denied assuming you kept to their T's and C's.

It seems the problem stems mainly from the incompetence of live chat staff. I suggest you send a pm to Ms Sloto to sort out everything once and for all. They should not put the blame on tech errors and leave it at that. Leave everything to Ms Sloto who will look into your case from top to bottom and if there needs no input from you the issue should be resolved easily. The RTG cashier encounters problems from time to time so these things happen but live chat should be trained to look into matters more carefully otherwise the issues should be referred to support to sort it out.

Hi

I am aware of this issue which was due to miscommunication between auditing and support.

Please accept my apologies for this error and taking the pleasure out of such a nice win!! Congratulations your withdrawal has been paid

Ms Sloto

Ms Sloto, all I can say is wow!! Thank you so much for helping with this, I wasn't expecting that at all!! I've already received it in my Skrill account and I'm so happy!! :)

After all the ups and downs I've gone through this week and all the confusion with all this you have no idea how grateful I am!! :notworthy

I'm just being nosy of course, but would you share how much you won and on what game(s)? Did you hit a random and how big were you betting?

I like to live vicariously, and I'm always rooting for a fellow Canuck.

lol I didn't hit a random but I did hit something equally as big. I made a small deposit of about 100 euros (i didnt realize there was two versions of slotocash at the time but was assured it wasnt an issues, canadians play at both apparently). I played Ocean Dreams for 1.75 a spin, got the bonus for 10 spins, retriggered all 5 scatters for 1000x my bet plus 100 spins, I believe it ended with 2500 euros, I wish I got a screenshot but never winning that high or hitting something like that before I was sitting staring at my screen in shock.

After I recovered from that I went and played Golden Lotus and hit the white lotus bonus for 850 euros (I think it was the golden lotus wilds with the lanterns right across that made it a big win). I played more to get through my bonus playthrough, I finished with 3500 euros, but like most people played a bit more and stopped at 3000 euros. Which is still really big for me, especially on those size bets :) I've definitely never won something like that at a MG casino before.

Congrats on your win..!

Sloto has been kind to me. I have had very nice withdrawals at the Euro and US$ Casino. I am yet to hit a Max Payout at ClubWorld and have hit 3 or 4 already at SlotoCash.

Hit one last night on Mystic Dragon again for $3000 betting $1.50 ... Just waiting for my Wd now :p ...

Glad it has been resolved!

Nate

I ended up trying Club World and hit a win on Mystic Dragon too! However, is it normal for Club World to charge $115 US for a bank transfer fee for one withdrawl? That's what they hit me with, they said it was $70 (which was extreme in itself) then told me my withdrawl was approved for $115 less than what I requested :eek2:

By any chance did you play with a bonus? If so, that could be the problem with the amount.

I would PM the rep here and ask him about this just to make sure. Sometimes CS is not too informed.

I did play with a bonus, however there was no max cashout (I never take those), it was only the bonus wagering playthrough requirements which I met.

I don't seem to have much luck with some casinos and their Support system it seems, maybe it's because I'm Canadian lol

I think I've learnt my lesson to never play at Club World again if there's so much confusion on the Support side and their withdrawl fees are so extreme. I did email their support asking and they haven't responded.

I like RTG casino games however I've lost a lot of faith in all the experiences I've had with them so far :( (Minus Ms Sloto pulling through for me of course! that I still appreciate more than anything :) )

Club World bonuses are sticky or phantom. When you cashout, they deduct the amount of the bonus from your winnings. If you took a bonus, that amount will be deducted from your cashout and also whatever they charge to send your money.

Could this be your problem?

Sticky or Phantom bonuses? Never heard of that before, maybe that's it then. Thanks for the heads up, learnt something new :)
