Slotocash and super slow cardpay payout for US residents: what's the deal?

    I saw another thread from July where someone received card payout in 2 days, which is great. At least a week ago I requested a WD on cardpay -- the first time I have used this method. They quoted me as 3-15 BUSINESS days on it after they processed it, which is far longer than it takes to get payout via check. What's the deal? If I had known it would be so slow I would have chosen the check method.

    I don't get it. Is there a Slotocash rep here? 15 biz days -- 3 WEEKS -- is not acceptable.

    I am waiting on a Western Union from Sloto's sister casino, Uptown Aces. They told me they hope to have it cleared by NEXT WEDNESDAY. What is going on with them???

    I will say that in recent months they have been speedy with checks. This slow deal is a first for me.

    Me too, I never had an issue in the past. They are usually right on time. This is Not like them.

    This sort of seems to be the norm around the holidays for them if I remember right from the past few years.

    It would seem if there processor goes on a 2 week vacation around the holidays. Then it takes them almost a month to get caught up afterwards.

    So I would guess give them another week or so. If you get no joy then. Maybe contact the rep, and if you want an answer sooner. Maybe you can contact now. Especially if you have been waiting since before the first of the year.

    SLOTOCASH has always been real good and fairly quick with all the payout,s I have had from them and that,s a few for sure? The rep,s name is SLOTO I think? I pretty sure I tried a PM to the rep some time ago and got no response? Give it a try? They usually take no more that 3 to 5 day,s from request to payout. Good luck. Peace Out!     I tried to PM Sloto, to no avail. I haven't gotten a response at all. I am worried now because it is ALL payouts and not just Western Union.... I reallly hope this doesn't turn into a PAB situation. It has been a full week for my withdraw as of yesterday.

    just wanted to post an update: The payment posted to my card today. I didn't get a confirmation from them (or the rep, who I msged yesterday) but just logged in to my card account and there it is. Good luck everyone!
