I am still waiting to receive my USD 528 from Slotocash.
According to the Maximum 72 businesshours the Money should be credited my Moneybookersaccount no later than Monday 03. February.
I have send several emails to support from Monday, still no answers...!
I have contacted chatsupport several times, and they keep on telling me that the the withdrawal is approved and in process...
They also say "tomorrow tomorrow"...
How long should it be " in process"?!?
I have also send PM to the CM, SLOTO ( MSSLOTO ). No answer received...
Anyone have any suggestion what I can do about this ?
Would it be best if I send my complaint to CDS ?

Read the other threads, they are slow paying, stalling and giving the runaround to quite a few players lately.

Raising the issue with CDS, from what I have heard, may take weeks to get a resolution and no one has ever been able to say if their decisions are binding or not. Probably best to pursue the issue here for the time being.

The rep. is going to have to step in and respond to these mounting complaints soon.

I finally recieved PM from CM SLOTO earlier today. She apologized for the late reply and told me she had been on vacation etc. She should look into my case first thing tomorrow she wrote...I will try to give an update here tomorrow, telling You if I have or have not been credited in my Skrillaccount.

I think she's already made it clear, there was nobody else. When she stops reading the forums there's no one else stepping up to take her place.

This is true, but something we've talked about a lot on here. What about the people being dicked about that aren't lucky enough to be aware of this amazing resource? I'm not saying there are, but there could be thousands of people not paid or screwed over. As mentioned above, why does it take a rep from here to make sure a simple, no complications withdrawal is processed?

Not here maybe, but in the casino. It can't just be one person that works there.
It's a little sad if you think about all those that don't contact anyone outside the casinos.

Ahh..Slotster...you type faster :)

Guys, I didn't say I loved the idea that there was only one person watching the forums, I was just responding to Vinyl's misunderstanding of the situation, that the player's issue had "stumped everybody else". The point is there was no "everybody else". Different kind of problem.

I think the point trying to be made is that the CS is so bad on the front end that we have to take every little stupid thing to Sloto to resolve. At least that has been my experience. She is wonderful and does a great job, but most of my issues should not have required any kind of escalation outside of routine business operations.

The situation there is kinda like when Bryan and Max go away for a couple of days, speculation and innuendo run rampant.

At least here they are not holding anybody's money.

It happens every time bigjohn.

In all my years here, there's hardly a time where Max and Bryan are away that there isn't some kind of, as you said, innuendo and speculation....or some nutter going off the deep end with a personal agenda.

It's actually kinda scary.

It's also why I, and other responsible senior members, counsel patience and restraint during these times. Max and Bryan ALWAYS handle things when they return. Turning the forum into a vehicle for the expression of opinions masquerading as facts doesn't help one bit and only serves to confuse and mislead those who may be affected by whatever issue is at hand.

It's a shame there aren't more people such as yourself who can see the big picture and don't feel the need to fabricate and exaggerate. It might give the facts a bit more of a chance.

Maybe you are right Nifty and we all should have kept our mouth shut. Not wonder, not speculate.
On the other hand with all the threads that been about Sloto in the last few months, for once, I really feel that they deserve it.
They could have handle it better.
...and that was all from me.

The issue had clearly stumped all the employees of the regular communication channels the player was using. There is also a statement elsewhere that several employees deal with PMs on the Ms Sloto account, they just leave it to Ms Sloto when it comes to posting on the forum. These other employees should have been dealing with the PMs in Ms Sloto's absence, and this was not happening in this case whilst Ms Sloto was on vacation.

The vacation explains why nothing was being posted from the casino on the forum during this time, but it does not explain why the other employees that usually deal with the PMs were not doing so this time. It was also the worst possible time for these others to suddenly abdicate their usual PM duties, as it was a time of apparent crisis for players who were finding that payments were not forthcoming, and neither were credible explanations.

It seems that Ms Sloto's return was like a kick up the ass for employees asleep on the job, as when she got back, a player reported receiving TWO responses to a problem for which communications were being ignored during Ms Sloto's vacation.

It was certainly not a case of "business carrying on as usual" during this time, but a time when players feared the worst was unfolding. The people who should have been allaying these fears, the front line CS and their supervisors, just made things worse by behaving in a manner that served to confirm to these fearful players that there really was something major going on. Not getting any answers through the usual channels, players turned to the forums, both here and elsewhere.

It's worrying that so much can go wrong just because ONE key person takes a vacation.

WTH? What went wrong? Are scores of players being accused of bonus abuse and winnings being confiscated at a whim? Has the casino shut down disappearing with player funds? Has there been a cheating glitch found in the software? No - none of these things. So far we have several dissatisfied players complaining about some communication issues. That's dissatisfying to say the least - and that's what we are hoping to have addressed. And of course we have Wiccan's dilemma which we will get to when we do. But please don't act like the casino has gone to hell in a hell basket when it hasn't.

Can u explain to me like I'm a 4yr old in one forum we have sloto saying "
I am the only one who actually posts on the forum, but yes I have other members of staff handle PMs in my absence and they sign their own name."

Signing there own name doesnt that mean answering and signing there own names when they respond to pms or is it nobody reads or answers pms I'm confused... Or maybe I'm Just drunk again.......

Max said "READING the FORUMS". It's not the same as reading PMs.

IIRC, only ms sloto actually posts in the forums and nobody fills that function when she's absent...ONLY the PM part (for which an email alert is received, hence reading the actual forums is not necessary).

I see

Oh ok cause all of my PMs have been from Georgina and even posts in forums have been signed Georgina so this person that is now finally addressing the forums must be Georgina correct? Cause I was under the impression Georgina was a female profile says male....as well as ms sloto. Maybe thats why there not answering my PMs cause I am putting attn Georgina. And the e-mail they have listed on profile i was told has changed to .im not .com

Disregarding Wiccan's case, what has gone wrong has been reports of no payment of approved withdrawals as well as communication issues. Both seem to have come on pretty suddenly, as before this, there were only isolated complaints. It's the payment issues that are the main worry, communication issues can be dealt with, and usually without monetary loss for the player who does not take out their frustration by playing away any balance.

Non or delayed payments for US players are expected on occasion, but when players from Europe start getting payment delays and the odd "US market style" excuses like "our processor is down, gone, etc", it is really worrying. There is no way players can tell whether these are genuine issues, or another Purple Lounge style collapse in the making. The early days of that notorious Purple Lounge thread also contained the advice to "calm down" and not assume that anything bad was happening over the delayed payments and "processor issues", not to mention the "communication issues" prior to the eventual collapse. Players have been burned again and again over the last few years, and those who waited for the official clarification found they had waited for too long.

Time will tell, but I am sure players would prefer their money to be safe in the mean time, and the best way to achieve this is to keep hold of it till the dust settles. If all ends well, they have just missed a few promotions, but this can be considered the "insurance premium" that ensured their money was 100% safe from any bad ending.

nifty

on another thread I noticed reps etc.... were not receiving the e mail alerts from the c/m site when they got a pm, i actually told a couple of reps to inform c/m about this problem...not sure if this problem was resolved as no one came back on the thread about it..

I'm pleased people are now being paid thanks to the intervention of the casino rep.

Can the same casino rep or colleagues please answer the question as to why they aren't as a normal matter of course.

The things I have been reading lately about this group made me think about the whole Purple Lounge debacle. I thought I was being paranoid:eek: Hopefully the rep will come on the forum real soon and give us an update regarding the slow pays.

Cheers!

Just to add - the auto-responder email notification is not functioning properly for PMs. This has exacerbated some of the communication problems in the forum since many i-Gaming reps don't know that people are PMing them.
