Roguish Slotobank (Netent) voiding 1600 $ , no explanation , no email response

All casinos being licenced by LGA should IMO have a few points deducted from their meister-rating. What a joke of a regulator LGA is.

So true. The LGA were misrepresented by the operator who contacted the player. The player told the LGA, leading the LGA to find out what the operator had done, yet they don't care! Still, at least they both replied to the player and told to operator to "do something". This is a MASSIVE improvement on the past where it could take months even to get the LGA to confirm receipt of a complaint, let alone do anything about it.

The LGA should realise that this is what cost them big time when the UK successfully managed to use the "player protection" excuse to pretty much devastate the "gravy train" shared by numerous online casinos and the Maltese government. The GRA tried to fight this, but it was pretty much thrown out. Now these small jurisdictions have to convince their clients it's still worth staying and face having to pay both the tiny local tax and the point of consumption taxes as they develop, as opposed to relocating to, say, the UK and just pay the 15% tax on UK players, no UK tax on the rest, plus gain the benefits of being based in a reasonable sized country.
 
I heard nothing but bad reviews and plenty of complaints about this casino.

OddsMatrix needs to be a bit more picky. Don't know about others, but usually when I used to see "Oddsmatrix" logo on the bottom it did lend a bit of credibility. Not any more.

Yup, on a side note I had exactly this happen to me not that long ago. I couldn't get my deposit back (forget the winnings) from a rogue operator.

LGA contacted them and guess what - they were told that by all means I have received my deposit back! - and that was it, they took this (false) information for granted and closed my case. LGA is a total joke.

Couldnt agree more... I dont have anythin good to say about LGA atm.
 
I have to admit I have made a few deposits here last weekend. The only reason I played here as it was on the Odds Matrix website partners page next to Casinos like Guts and Thrills.I don't know why I never done a search here or seen threads like this until now.

I.D verification: You get an email asking you to send I.D and if anything else is required it will be requested and verification takes no more than 2 days.
I submitted my I.D but also a Skrill screenshot and bill scan to avoid the inevitable delay tactics. I've since found out that verification takes 7 days and the finance department DO NOT inform anyone when their account is verified.

Withdrawals: Can only be done MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY between the hours of 1000 to 1700 GMT.

There is no written terms for bonuses, withdrawals or verification anywhere on the website.
 
ANd when i played and they just took my money away there was only couple slots that contributed 100% towards wagering requirements.
And list of those slots couldnt be found without asking live help.
This casino is just worst place to play.
 
The website says clearly its run by odds matrix which I'm confused about. The same company that provides the backend services for Guts and Thrills so I cant understand what's going on.

Also how the hell have they obtained a UK Gambling Commission License running a casino with no visible terms for withdrawals etc and seem to be making it up as they go along.

Software provider earns money.
Oddsmatrix earns money.
Slotobank earns money.
It's a lot of people, and a lot of money. Why they should care about 5-10 players problems...
This is really pity, but i do not see anything positive from all these guys i mention.

There is absolutely no reason for not getting in touch with you. The rep was on the boards on the 19th of Jan. They must have seen this thread and must know of the issue seeing as they have replied in this thread already (for what good it was). What an absolute joke. You have my sympathies OP. As far as I can tell the only thing the rep appears to have done is spam the boards and avoid any issues. One way ticket to Roguetown...

I actually contacted Lga again regarding my case but no answers.. And i also contacted slotobank "support" but no answers...

The Lga aren't exactly much better are they? What use is a Gaming Authority if it just sits on its hands and does nothing? As much use as a chocolate teapot! I wish you the best of luck with your issue too!
 
If the rep isn't going to address issues they shouldn't have the rite to be a member here.

It's confusing for current and new members who may not notice all the rogue issues, and think it's safe to play there due to having an active rep.

Give them the boot Bryan, as all reps like this are doing is using and abusing your site for it's name and reputation, yet going against everything your site is suppose to stand for.

It's also disrespectful to the current good reps who work hard here to maintain the rite to free and valuable publicity and support from CM.

If it walks and talks like a rogue after all this time, then it probably is a rogue.

We don't need them here.

Everyone who still has issues with this casino should contact him imo ... really good job.
 
my problems are NOT resolved , i have no idea why this thread suddenly been tagged as "resolved" ?! maybe by mistake.. my tag was and still is "roguish"
 
OOpsy! That was probably my mistake. :o I'll look into this later today to see what went wrong but for now I've changed the thread prefix back to the original.

I do not no how the licencing exactly works and no jetball have posted here, But the licence seem to be from jetbull and the others carrying a white label from them ?

Any body no how it works?
