Roguish Slotobank (Netent) voiding 1600 $ , no explanation , no email response

again a bad casino experience - i ve waited for almost two weeks now for an explanation but received no answer yet (i ve sent several emails asking for an explanation what happened to my winnings no answer at all ...)

I ve read about slotobank in this thread first: Slotobank - new net ent casino? - Casinomeister Forum .

I ll copy my reply from the thread here because i think this deserves an own thread:

Hi there !

Gave this a go , deposited 250 and received 150 % bonus with insane wagering requirements of 40xD+B and some of my favorite slots only counting 40 % , i took the bonus to have more playing time KNOWING this Bonus is unbeatable longtime and the Casino will usually eat all deposits because noone can survive wagering 625 $ 40x on Slots ($ 25k - and if you choose a 40 % counting one its even worse!)!

So in terms of EV this is one of the worst Bonuses i ve ever played but i was bored and wanted to play...


Anyway i ve somehow managed to have a blance of ~1800 $ when i met the WR ( my balance was up at 3.7k at somepoint but i just could hold it because of the huge WR - always frustrating..)


I requested a withdrawal and left some funds in my account so that i could play later again.

Then i received an email that my withdrawal has been rolled back and that documents are requested wich i immediatley sent .

Today i check my Neteller account and appearently my 250 $ deposit has been put back in my Neteller account - i then tried to log in but it says my account is blocked for security reasons ??!!

This all happened without any notice or explanation!

Also when asking in live chat i did not recieve information (the chat rep said "im only customer service - i dont have this information..." and advised me to write an email - wich i immediatley did and am now waiting for an answer

Maybe its a missunderstanding or something but i strongly advise anyone for now NOT to deposit at this Casino!!

While it doesn't relate to the OP - I received an e-mail from this casino a while back about a HUGE winner they'd had who won €18000+ on a €4 spin on Frankenstein. Now, those of you who have played Frankenstein know that this is impossible as it equates 50+ five of a kind of the best paying symbol (and one is lucky to get even one). Clearly this win was completely made up and I asked to see the screenshot of how it happened, or I'd close my Slotobank account. The casino chose the latter, as apparently it was against the players' privacy to show how the win happened, but not to mention his name, country and how much he bet :)

Yes, it is impossible, even 5 x Dr. Frankenstein on 5 x freespin multiplier wouldn't come close to this, 4500x stake. What a bunch of bullcr*p.

Now as for the OP, it seems the casino has an issue with his documents/ID. (Or purport to.)

You're forgeting the multiplier in the free spins, though 18000 on a 4 bet is above 4000x, which afaik is way above the Max hit.

I didn't forget the multiplier, just didn't mention it :) I believe 5OAK of Frankenstein at 5x pays 375x - so it would require 13 max wins at the highest multiplier to achieve this win - that is a load of retriggers in the freespins on top of the 13 spins with max win

umm - i ve sent in my passport and a utility bill like always - if there was a problem with the documents why wouldnt they tell me ??

Have you checked you didn't break any other T&C of the bonus such as playing more than the max bet allowed or a game that is disallowed.
The fact they have returned your deposit suggests they do not think you are fraudster though I am just guessing a bit at that.
Did you try Odd Matrix as I suggested in the other thread?
Your other option is Malta LGA.

Borgie is right. You need to contact Bryan who is the owner of this forum and request that you be a rep before responding to players on their concerns. That's simple manners I'd say.

When you get approval to be a rep I also hope you can look into Casinokoenig's issue. You need to take the bull by its horns to be a rep in this forum.
 
@ Slotobank : if you are a legitimate representative from the casino you need to contact the site administrator, Bryan aka [profile]Casinomeister[/profile], for further instructions on (a) the process of getting officially designated as such and (b) the guidelines you need to respect regarding your forum activities. From what I've seen of your recent posts you NEED that schooling because as it stands you are violating our Posting Rules left, right and center.

Well, it looks a bit sniffy when somebody joins the forum and their first post is an endorsement of a casino, especially one that has a live negative thread running about them......

Any casinos with shall we say less than well-known or trusted owners/backers behind them regularly drum up business or obfuscate complaints by using shills on forums and Faecebook etc.

If they had a kosher rep perhaps you could authorize them to confirm your 'quick 1k withdrawal'..........

I do not want to take part in this casino I only say my experience.
I won with a welcome bonus. I had deposited 50 euro.
At doa with 54 cents, I took 2300 euro so I was able to complete the wagering even though I ended with 1700 Euros.
I asked for the removal of 500 and they asked me the documents.
After sending them, they have them approved and made ​​me withdraw.
Two days later I still picked up 500 €.

As far as me comming back no chance! I helped you with the defects in the software(green chat button disappearing needing a new session to come back etc..), with advise on WR(explaining members being scared of by the 40x etc what others offered etc) and general advise based on experience from this forum and 7 years as an online gambler.

You promised me advantages and bonuses, never got anything. I lost 1100 euro never managed to make a withdrawal. I never complained on anything just kept feeding you, expecting someday in the future you would be there with the promised rewards.

You treated me horribly, after I used my time to help you in the startup month. No answers, customer chat had never heard about what you promised. He will contact you back in 3 days... Etc

You know who I am we even dicussed you going to school in Norway.(BI)

What about the OP's case? This is his thread and you are completely ignoring it.

You have made 2 posts in this thread and neither one deals with the issue at hand.
