So in short, you had balance of $700, there was a 'game error' and then you had $680 go missing from your account?

Alarm bells are ringing :eek2:

Is it just me that finds it weird that a game error allegedly made $680 disappear yet left the exact amount the op deposited?

If a game error could make this occur, why wouldn't it have taken the entire amount?

And what's just as disturbing is slotobank thinks a 200% bonus is compensation, compensation in my eyes should be the $680 put back (without wr for the hassle). Though I have my suspicions what actually happened going by certain posts on here.

Indeed. there are Netbent/QF games mainly which are pretty bomb-proof and even if one single spin goes wrong, the spin will be completed upon reloading the game, and balance adjusted accordingly. I can't begin to imagine an error which would have such consequences that a whole 6 hours of play and $680 profit or whatever IS VOIDED!

REP - you really need to elaborate a bit here, describe the game and alleged error or 'force majeure' that results in a player being stiffed? I have not heard of one.
 
Something smells a bit dodgy here. I think the rep needs to furnish us with a little bit more info than there was an error. What error? Some details not just for the OP but for the forum as well would be nice.

For now I shall be running for the hills with my money. I'm not going to play somewhere that can just have an error occur that wipes out your whole balance minus deposit. Sounds dodgy as hell. I know malfunctions occur, but they usually only void the game. Not the whole balance!

i tried that 3 times allready after they deducted ~1600 $ in winnings from my account and sent back my deposit to my skrill account w.o any explanation and they never responded...(!)

Well, assuming somebody does it officially, i.e. PABs then we might see if there is an issue with this site, and get the appropriate warning from Max if they continue to be non-responsive.

Please do let us no what errors accrued, & does this error only effect winners? Hope you gave every person that deposit and lost there cash back,
Also the highlight bit, The 20 was there deposit anyway, & least you could of done was give them a free spin & a real explanation
