So today i receive in my mail the following :

As a special token of our appriciation , we've enclosed in this ltter exclusive bonus that can help you continue amassing winnings with sloto (they spelled amazing wrong )
code: 200truejackpot for a 200 percent bonus no max cash out "

and so i decided to play - when i added the code said expired.
here is what the chat had to say

And so they basically said good for one day . nowhere did it say can only use such and such dates infact it says "Offer are exclusive for you redemption on your account only"
been a sloto member for a very long time and this is a kick in the pants for me. i wasnt asking for freebies, i wanted was was offered and play accordingly to what the letter said.
i know they were nice trying to accommodate me with another coupon but it was not the point.

AS a USA resident and very limited of online gaming, you disappoint me SLOTO!!!!!!

How am i over reacting? i post here to let everyone know of how idiotic it is to receive a piece of paper in the mail to let you know how appreciative they are and for my depositing gratitude they offer me something that is not valid. btw same day i received mail is same day i redeem. only to say its for one day only.

even if they forward it to the right people and they take care of me down the line, this is still BS advertising!! she never once said i did not know about this bonus but instead she said " yes that code is for one day only" i should have asked what day is that ?

Personally I rate the Sloto'Cash group as one of the best on the net. But it doesn't matter which casino it is - if they send players an offer, they should make damn sure there in an expiry date on it, that CS know about it and they should honour it. This case is even worse because the offer was addressed specifically to this member for his/her "loyal deposits"!

The player should not have to post about this - they shouldn't even have to contact CS. The coupon should work - end of story.
It's not rocket science for goodness sake! :sob:

Thank you Kasinoking- my words exactly, honor the freaking letter they send in mail- i have had offers many times as an email saying today only code and such but a letter to thank me for my deposits only to get denied sucks!

im posting here only to let everyone know - i could have taken the 150 percent but to me its the principle

Yeah about that...

If you get jerked around, ripped off or even if you are just not happy with service and don't get satisfaction from CS then I see no issue with letting them know you will report their actions by way of post to a forum to let other players know about your experience.
It can even be seen as a matter of courtesy and gives the casino the right of reply.

I know this is specifically aimed at people who threaten to post if they don't get paid or whatever but I don't even see an issue with that really.
If the casino is in the right then the poster will just show themselves up and it will end as free publicity for the casino.
If the casino are in the wrong then to claim a poster is out of line for posting about it is the height of hypocrisy.

It is great the Casinomeister will try and help with genuine player complaints but the real judgement comes from the public forum in the form of players deciding a case on its merits and whether they want to play at whichever casino is the subject of the complaint.

Sometimes people just want to vent, i know I do, and that is what the Op has done.
In cases like these people will usually just go off their own experience and I doubt many would consider this a big negative though I understand he Ops frustration.
I guess it could be seen as bait and switch but I think it is probably a genuine error and I say that as somebody who does not rate this casino at all.

to be honest i wanted other sloto players to be aware or if they also got something like this in mail and worked for them i as a player would like to know - yes i was frustrated but i didnt think i was attacking sloto, i wanted to forum to know what im dealing with at the moment thats all - i continue to play there regardless. main issue is if you receive a letter just honor it thats it!!

I was in no way suggesting what we should or should not do, far from it.

It's not my Website and obviously not my rules to make regarding the forum.

To be honest I was more repeating what I'd read in the past where as you say, players have used the CasinoMeister' name as a 'Ha I WILL have my own way' etc. Only 9/10 to end up with 'Egg on their faces'

You point is bang on and fair enough and there was no real need for my first post (which you quoted) for which I'm glad you understand it was not particularly directed at the OP and more so at the players as you anticipated ;)
