Sloto question?

Hey guys, l have a question. I searched the threads and didn't see it. Has anyone been asked to send in a pic? I've been a player here since Rival. Made many, many , many deposits without a hitch. Normally with same c.c., or bitcoin. I haven't moved and Always send in new c.c. info if one expires etc.
A few days ago l tried to withdraw 500 and was told l needed further information? l did it quickly without problems.
I've had a few cashouts with no issue. I looked on terms and can't find this. Is this a new measure? I chatted and they didn't reveal anything.

Hmm, yes that is the first time I've heard of them asking for that.
I played at Sloto virtually since it opened in 2007 and it was my favourite Rival casino for years until I got bonus-banned for winning too much But I haven't played since they switched to RTG.

Anyway, regardless, internet fraud is still a huge problem for online casinos and I'm not totally surprised they would ask for this, which I have heard of from several other operators.
I have even provided a mug-shot like this myself a couple of times!

I would just supply what they are asking for. They are solid and reputable and I'm sure your info will be kept strictly confidential.

Thanks KK! l almost just directly asked you lol. Yes that sounds reasonable. I complied pretty quickly.
I like RTG and Sloto is one of the few l still play at along with Inet, Extreme, Brango, and Cmax.

They just let me know that l have been approved. Just like KK mentioned, just extra protection. Hopefully no one will be surprised if it happens now.
