Sloto cash withdrawals?

I am not aware of any casino rep stating reasons as to why there is a standard 2-5 business days processing rule. Furthermore, even if this rule is in force, shouldnt 2 days be the norm and 5 days the exception. I hope someone can answer this for me.

Chu, did you miss my recent post here? :confused: 5 Rival Casinos on that list there with very fast cashouts! Fortune Reel was even on a Sunday and that was just a couple weeks back.

I was like, FOR REAL ????? OMG!!

Most Casinos, make that almost ALL... won't give you a birthday bonus if you have not made a recent deposit, (some give you a $5 Buck freebie, some won't give you sh**!! and THEY know who they are! haha!)

BUT A $50 BIRTHDAY BONUS WITHOUT A SINGLE DEPOSIT IN ALMOST A YEAR IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF!!! SLOTOCASH KIXX-UM-@$$ !!!

But wait... As if that wasn't enough... I proceed to continue checking my email and about 3 emails down... There's ANOTHER email from SlotoCash Wishing me ANOTHER Happy Birthday!!! and THIS email tells me that they have deposited a $20 Birthday Bonus in my account! RIGHT-ON-DUDE! :thumbsup:

I thought... Ok, they accidently gave me 2 Birthday Bonuses, I'm sure I will only be able to claim one of them, so I sent an email asking them to clarify this and they replied instantaneously and said, "Yes! You Can Play Both Bonuses, Have a Happy Birthday!" :D

OK... $70 Bucks for My Birthday, and as far as Slotocash knew, I just stopped depositing one day... they had no idea that I just went back to work last week and in a couple weeks I'd be depositing again... they had NO idea WHEN or IF I'd ever deposit again, I mean, after all it's been a YEAR! that's a LONG time!

If I didn't see one of my customers patronizing my business in almost a year, I would assume I lost that customer, and that they weren't coming back...

But SlotoCash is like NO OTHER CASINO out there! unlike aaaaaall those tight-@$$ Casinos that don't even acknowledge your birthday if you haven't made a deposit recently... SlotoCash CONTINUED to treat me with VIP STATUS and treated me generously well on My Birthday!!

I didnt miss it Rob but what I am saying is why have this absurd rule in place when you can actually pay in any time frame you want. Almost all Rivals have this rule but the processing times are not consistent even with the same casino. Lionslots, for example, had money in my account less than 24 hours after the 1-day pending period but I had a couple of occasions when it took more than 36 hours. The same for Vegas Regal and Vegas Sky. As per the poll that I participated in I dont mind being paid within 48 hours but when some casinos give me the crap that it is their discretion to pay anywhere within the 2-5 day time frame I am pissed off.
 
Casino's payment period should be stable, for example, Sloto always within 24 hours (VIP), of course, because the players from around the world, if the player make withdrawal just it's off duty time of the casino, then the cashout time may increase a cycle, it is understandable that..

on your website you offer ClickandBuy as a deposit method but it's not available in the cashier.

You will find it on some european flags under banking.

It's also offered on some promotions at other rivals.

Sloto Cash spent the better part of two hours tripping over themselves trying to reach me (phone calls went un-heeded since they block caller ID and the email I registered w the casino isn't my most trafficked email account.) just to pay out my Major Moolah jackpot win in total rather than in bits as stipulated in their terms under max cash outs. They waived the max and stood by while I made 9 successive, $US2k QuickTender withdrawals before turning back on the 2k daily max WD switch. This in contrast to the 1 month + 3 days it took to get a US$22k check from UK Casino Club when it was a CA site before CR took it over. You foreigners don't know how good you got it! "24 no dough and its a problem!" :lolup:

Well, I'm not sure that it's like NO other casino, but it certainly seems to have its act together in terms of culturing client loyalty. Seriously, someone there knows what they are doing - perhaps someone worked in a hotel like Four Seasons or something? Because you will always remember that $70 on your birthday, lol; something might get messed up at some point, but you'll give them the benefit of the doubt, every time, because they are there for YOU. Obviously, like every casino, they need people to make deposits, but you can always count on them for free chips every now and then - and correct me if I'm wrong, but they don't even cap the max cashout on their free chips, do they? I haven't been playing with them very long, but in light of the endless raves here, they are casino deposit priority #1 for me, no kidding. If anybody is getting a deposit, they are. :)

Yep! You're absolutely right! NO caps on their free chips! I think they're the only Rival that doesn't have the max cashout cap... wow, I remember when
none of the Rivals had caps on their free chips, then all of a sudden they started sproutin' up... that's too bad... who wants to hit a jackpot and not be able to cash it out? well at least you can play it back and earn money off the bonus points you accumulate... that's one thing they allow is the accumulation of bonus points derived from the free chips. I'm surprised they haven't nipped that one yet... i'm sure they will... But Sloto won't... I have faith in them! :thumbsup:

I enjoy the fact that Slotto has there own Customer service. The customer service the other Rivals share is to busy and keeps me waiting in chat at least 20 or more minutes with, " One Moment Please" Sorry we are so busy please be patient".
They chat with at least 5 customers at a time I was told.. With Slotto, customer service is quick and professional and I know that whatever issue I have will be taken care of promptly.
 
All rival casino sharing live support and cash systems,all rival casino payments via pantasia.com(except Slotocah and perhaps there are Vanguard and Betus),it should makes player uncomfortable.
 
I've played at almost all the Rival casinos, but I keep going back to Sloto. I've found their CS to be very friendly and well informed on any issue I've had. I haven't been able to play much as I've had a reduction in income, but when I can and have been fortunate enough to make a withdrawal, the money is in my QT account in under 24 hrs. The CS and the quick withdrawals are major factors in determining where I play.
 
I was fortunate to have a decent cashout at Sloto this morning. I contacted live chat - they flushed the withdrawal.
The money was in my webwallet about an hour later - and thats on a Sunday.

Simply the best !!!
