Sloto Cash suddenly shady

I've played at Slotocash and Jackpot Capital for nearly 9 years it's been my GO TO for great action and payouts. The staff all new me and treated me well. I've won thousands at both casinos. 10,000. right before Thanksgiving and cash out slow but certain, as usual. However........on the 4th of December my 500 withdrawal proved to be a big TELL. I received an email stating that it violated the max be term attached to bonus monies. As I had bet over 10$ 185 times. (keep in mind this is my usual way of play) but as a courtesy to me they where going to make an exception and payout. Whew. 2 day later the money is back in my account (REVERSED) I get an email saying new terms security etc requires an updated documents send copy of ID etc. I do so and withdraw again. on the 8th its REVERSED. I get a strange email saying its been declined because I included a message saying merry Christmas Happy Hanukah Happy Holidays. I contact chat support. suddenly I notice everyone has ENGLISH names. Patricia Tim etc. and I'm thinking uh-oh this isn't good all my peeps are GONE. I ask chat and they admit new management. said DL expired. I send DL again. on the 10th I'm told in chat DL received and cash out in final stage. ON 12th I get email saying withdrawal declined due to expired DL. Basically run around and around and around. THANK GOOD I was able to cash out my $10,000. in November. Now I'm worried about Jackpot Capital because they have new peeps in support too. Anyone know anything about this situation. Jessie

Well, I sent them a message on here (to the "sloto" account) three and a half months ago and never got a reply, if that means something. It doesn't exactly seem active as far as I can tell. Not sure if they've abandoned CM or not, with the US accredited section gone I guess there's less incentive for them to be active here.

I had a negative experience with another casino, Superior casino, where they took 3 months to pay me a $3,000 win, used every stalling tactic in the book, repeatedly cancelled withdrawals with no explanation, several days to respond to anything, and asking me to repeat already completed verification similar to the poster above (I had completed the standard ID and address verification years ago but apparently they were asking everyone to complete it again along with giving them a faxback form and your bank account info.)

So after I received my final cashout from superior casino, 4-5 days later I tried depositing at a slotocash casino and found my login just seemed to bug out. After wasting 15-20 minutes trying to figure out what was going on I learned from live chat that my account was blocked, so I asked if they could have someone email me what was going on. They never got back to me, and about a month later I messaged the rep here at casinomeister if they could at least give me some information - or respond at all at least if they didn't want to say anything specific about what was going on - but I never heard back. That was over 3 months ago and I don't see any activity from the sloto account so I'm not sure if it's abandoned.

I hadn't really gambled anywhere else in the time period from my last $500 or so withdrawal at superior to my deposit at slotocash, so I wonder if Superior casino vindictively put me on some kind of player list as I politely but not so happily called out their stall tactics as I was forced to go back and forth with them to reverify and get paid, and if that caused sloto to block my account. But obviously I have no way of knowing for sure if that was the cause, or they decided they didn't like something about my play, or who knows what. All my deposits at this particular casino (Red Stag, which was also the last slotocash casino I had played) were losing ones and I hadn't played at any other casinos recently. I'm actually still able to play at Superior casino as far as I can tell (not that I ever will again), albeit without bonuses available.

So yeah I've just been rewarded by Sloto with a wall of silence for my time spent playing there, apparently completely unwilling to send me the tiniest message. Think I opened my original account around 7 years ago. And I have no idea if they've just abandoned casinomeister or if they're still around here since they just ignored my message here as well.

I felt like posting about this stuff months ago but have been incredibly busy and my health isn't the best so I just haven't had the energy to deal with online casino BS. Actually kind of happy to not be spending much time with these casinos recently but still not fun when they decide to treat you like you've done something wrong without a word of explanation.

Beyond that, I can't speak to the specific claims of the OP, but I can reiterate that their communication seems to have disappeared and their account revalidation sounds like the same sort of BS I experienced at Superior casino.

Do you know if slotocash and the rep here are still maintaining an active presence on the forums? With the US accredited section no longer existing for grey market casinos.
 
I was in touch with the @Sloto fairly recently so ... there's that. And they were last signed on this past Friday.
So yes, all indications are that they are still active and present.

Well, here was my message I sent them that never received a response. It's possible they simply missed it, but this was also after being ignored by regular CS. I don't think it was either rude or unreasonable in a way that didn't deserve a response:

While you guys of course have the right to choose who you want to serve as customers, is there anything you can tell me about what's going on? While I'm a bit disappointed, would be nice to have some finality and make sure it isn't something silly like a payment provider not reading a bitcoin replace by fee transaction correctly.

So funny this thread popped up as I the same, I've won thousands at sloto, I know how the slots feel typically and low and behold it feels HORRENDOUS and has for awhile now as if something changed and then this shows up, which coincides with my feelings that something has obviously changed. I mea I can even so much as build a bank roll anymore, its awful and like I said I've won thousands here . I've had cold streaks but it was never so dead day In and out like it has been, never

Can confirm message received. Rep told me all the information she had was that the account was closed due to "fraudulent bonus abuse."

Well, that's consistent with my theory that Superior Casino may have vindictively put me on some list, but who knows for sure (as I think I may have mentioned, they removed bonuses the minute after my last withdraw, not that I ever intended to deposit again). If I really engaged in any kind of fraud or term violation, they would not have paid me. Also I'm about 99% sure I'm down there overall, I'm bad with records but think I have like $20k deposits total and $15k in withdrawals, but superior casino are just a bunch of [mean words] who get pissy when they have to pay a player. (They actually bonus banned me once before and then unbanned me after I lost a bunch, I may be an idiot for going back there at all but I had a lot of trouble finding trustworthy Rival casinos.)

So I'll try not to sidetrack too much more with my complaints about superior casino now. Slotocash has officially responded to me, though I suspect that will probably be the end of that. I asked if it's possible to reopen the accounts without bonus privileges, though I don't have a ton of time to gamble these days and their desire to communicate with me seems very limited so not optimistic. Just nice to at least have the possibility there I suppose.

Hopefully some of the negatives of people in this thread experienced are just a fluke because slotocash used to be one of the better groups available to USA players who don't exactly have a ton of great options to choose from.

Edit: The above post did not live up to my normal standard of rambliness so I thought I should add that "fraudulent bonus abuse" is quite the loaded term and rather insulting for something that ultimately seems to boil down to "someone didn't like the way that you gambled." Is it an accusation of fraud or of winning against a casino? Bit of a trick to use the ambiguity to imply one on top of the other. I was a bit torn between diplomacy out of respect for the rep taking the time to respond to me and my displeasure with the situation, as I was similarly torn between whether it is worth trying to work to see the accounts restored or simply throw up my hands and bid it all good riddance. Always another headache to be had. /ramble

Just sucks to hear man, because yea sloto has been my go to...I have enjoyed playing there more than anywhere else and that sucks to hear but its like it all coincides with my horrific spinning lately which has been so bad its why I feel something is off.
 
Yeah, obviously I haven't played sloto in particular in like 5 or 6 months but it can definitely be tough to find some slots that give you a good chance of winning these days. RTG and rival slots in particular seem to be bad. With RTG they can always just change the odds on the games to a worse payout setting so maybe there's some chance that happened at sloto. For Rival games they just go back and forth modifying their old slots that used to be good so that its really hard to win anymore and releasing new slots that you don't have much of a chance to begin with. So maybe some of the smaller providers could be better but they tend to be hit or miss.

Hopefully you can find a place to play that works out a little better for you. You've probably tried just about everywhere already though, so I probably wouldn't have much to suggest. The only slots I've really played recently are vegascrest like a month and a half ago and a couple times here and there at bovada group. Maybe I'll try giving 3dice another shot but bitcoin fees are like $7 at the moment and that kind of kills the whim to just chuck some money on there.

Looks like any attempt to communicate with sloto about my account is going to be a dead end, the rep said she doesn't have access to account info and said if I wish I can contact the support team. But if they just ignored me before and the rep doesn't have the ability or desire to forward my message they're obviously just going to ignore me again, so I guess I won't waste my time. Oh well, I gave it a shot.

And yea I dunno I mean I haven't fully explored jackpot capital , or some of the other ones...sloto has just been so good to me I had no reason.

I mean I get cold runs but it feels even worse than a cold run, honestly when I was winning people just never believed me because I won so much ...and now its almost like they were right, it must've just been such an anomaly and now I'm feeling the real online slot playing, but I mean online slots have always been different....least for me, I had cold streaks but this sorta takes the cake.

I'll tell ya what I don't get either is fuckin 3dice...I know I went thru a phase but I haven't had I don't think over 3 or 400 bucks in a month or two, its horrendous. I have no idea what to even fucking do there . Every game is trash, beyond trash

It just felt like I had some sorts new player buff on my account or something because I just give them money now, tryin to build there is virtually impossible

I have no idea what that means, as I only had 1 pending withdrawal with Uptown (I did have another pending with Slotastic, which was processed). Did they mean they would only process one BTC transaction per day, across their entire affiliation? Either way... today is the 29th and I still haven't gotten paid. In the past week BTC has jumped 16.2% so they have already cost me $405 on my $2500 cashout.

I am losing faith in my once favorite casino group...

I just requested a relatively small cashout from a Slotocash free bonus and they've responded that I need to re-send my ID due to it being "cropped" after having been verified for years. If I have any other issues I'll keep this thread posted.

They finally sent my withdraw last week. It ended up being about 2 weeks from the request. Bitcoin value alone cost me almost $700. I have made many (prob 20+) withdrawals from them over the years and never had too much of an issue. I don't know what their management situation is for sure, but Ive seen some chatter on the forum pointing in the direction of new ownership. I think we all need to communicate how our interactions are going (both positive and negative)

I’m just trying to get my money back from the 2 checks they sent me that a month later we’re returned by their banks as unpaid. 6k is quite a loss in your bank account when you aren’t prepared for that. I have chatted, emailed and sent a message to them through CM. I pray they respond so we can get this fixed. I would love to still play there, but now I’m getting nervous about them.

Can you show us perhaps some more info on it, did your bank just automatically deduct the full amount back out of your account?

Can you please speak on this matter perhaps? As an avid player at slotocash and someone who cashes out regularly this freaks me out a bit if it's 100% accurate and there are no caveats
