Slow pay is nothing new to this group. Its been like this for the past 6 months or more. What I don't like is the excuse 'processors are down at the moment'. WTF? They are always down it seems. By 4.2 it will be more than 72 business hours albeit only slightly. I wouldn't make a big fuss out of it if I were you. There is no doubt they have financial problems. Just make sure you don't return after you receive your money. Whether or not you had taken a bonus makes no difference.

Just my suggestion...............but why don't you PM the rep, Ms. Sloto for your questions/concerns first? I always check if there is a Casino rep listed here and then contact them privately to try and resolve whatever issue there might be. Give her or her staff a chance to respond before you go post here. Especially an accredited casino here deserves the benefit of the doubt and a chance to reply first.

What I have learned is that Chat/Support staff cannot really respond to Finance Dept. questions. So knowing that, (for any site....) I try and solve it first behind the scenes. Then if problem is not resolved, I suggest the Pitch a Bitch with Max.

From my experience, it is a bit confusing that their Sloto system shows withdrawal as "complete" but that just means it has been approved internally.................then it goes to the processor which has a different time line. Then when it leaves the processor, they send you an email alert that funds are on the way and then usually it arrives within 1-2 days of the email. Maybe it is different for you living in Germany ----- but that is what I have experienced.

Well, at least then you did approach it the best way first......since they are still within their stated terms, I would try to be patient until next week. I know how hard "patience" can be, I truly do. When you win, you want it fast ---- we all do, and especially those of you in Europe who are so accustomed to fast payouts.

Give it some time, I am confident (just from my personal experience) and their accredited status, that they will send your funds.

its not hard for me to wait till tuesday, but the fact is

slotocash is under the accredited section listet with payout 24hours

slotocash tell different times,
1.up to 72hours,
2.72hours business hours pending
3. processor problems

4. you will be paid on xxx (7days)

good to know that sloto answer you yesterday, my pm is 1day before yours and not answered

the best were sloto will jump in this thread and work it out

I know that yesterday I couldn't make a deposit because their cashier page was down. I tried to make a deposit and the page wouldn't load so I asked CS what was wrong. Was told that cashier wasn't working.

Not good.

Er, what's with your processors? Its the same lame excuse for the past 6 months. Delayed payments have been the norm. I doubt whether its a processor problem.

My input on Sloto/Slots Capital

FWIW -

Slots capital standard w/d processing times have been similar to that quoted for us USA based players for a long time. While I would certainly prefer it to be faster -----I accept that they have the right to set their processing times and I then have the choice to play there or not.

I do play at Slots Capital, DNC, Miami Club and Black Diamond and especially like the fact that the group has a wide range of platforms to keep it varied and interesting for me. I would prefer faster processing, but we all know the challenges faced by sites and their processor issues.

It is important to note that this group has always paid. Georgina and others from the Finance Dept. do respond when there are inquiries or challenges. As long as I know what is going on and approximate timelines stated/promised are met I am satisfied and continue to play there.

My understanding from Georgina is that they are rolling out new w/d options which is great -- since up until now my only option has been "wire transfer".

I *do* understand the frustrations when it is longer than usual for a w/d - but these sites have always paid and I remain comfortable playing there......

We're more than aware of the issues faced with USA players but blast2k is in Germany. Lumping everyone into these "proccessing" issues, is starting to wear thin. If other "accredited" casinos can pay non-USA based players efficiently, then so too can Sloto. If they can't then, it's about time they were held accountable. If they can't pay without using delay tactics then simple, don't take the bet!

itold them its illegal to set up a wire when the deposit was made with neteller

and finally they paid me after i told them that

If you were refering to MY post earlier in this thread, I did not intend to lump everyone into the same category. Just was trying to acknowledge that I have always gotten paid from the Deck Media/Sloto group and I continue to play there.

I am experiencing real slow payoutprocess.
According to the 72 hours rool I should have received my Money NO later than Monday 3. February.
I have send a several emails to slotocash support since monday, nobody has replied.
I have contacted chatsupport several times and everytime they promises that things will happen in the next 12 hours...but nothing happens!
The withdrawal is approved and Processing they keep telling me...
My withdrawal are to be made to Moneybookers, a process that only take minutes if the casino had taken this seriously.
I am really fed up by waiting for my money and being given promises wich are not held.
Please let me know if You are also representing Slotocash. I will then send You my accountnumber. ( I have already send PM to CM SLOTO ( MSSLOTO ), but I have not recieved any reply yet...)
