I have dealt with my share of poor, plenty of excuses casinos. SlotNuts takes the cake.

I win a little money $400- after a paid deposit of $30. I turn in my authorization documents. I don't get a bounce back on the email so I know they have received it. A day later I start a chat with them. They ask for a LTK# - I don't have a LTK# - because they haven't sent me one. They have not acknowledged my email.

They take a lot of time in between chats. They say they are searching for my email - 15 minutes - I know it does not take that long to search. I keep sending my documents. - They are finally receiving them - and I get a LTK#. They need 24 hours to approve the docs.

The next day I start a chat. I give them my LTK# - I am told it will take 24 hours to approve my documents. ( I know my docs are in perfect order, this is not my first rodeo) I will receive an email when my docs are verified. It has been more than 24 hours and I still do not have approval of my documents. I have never dealt with such a bunch of liars. If it is taking this long for them to review my documents - I can only imagine how long it will take to get paid, if I ever do.

DO NOT GIVE THIS CASINO YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

Its pretty useless to sign up at forums and 'badmouth' them as from time to time new rogues spring up so what we should be advising others is to take due care when searching for new casinos to play at. 777 renders good advice ie playing at the accredited casinos but that will only be confined to those who have knowledge of the forum. Others should perform their due diligence and check a few sites using search engines on the reputation of the casinos they wish to join. Now we are talking about online casinos so it makes sense to check on how trustworthy the casinos are using online resources. Always seek for an alternative opinion as there are many rogue affiliates who will sing the praises of the rogues so they can gain commission. So in a nutshell the word is 'precaution'.

im not surprised

I'm not either and that's really unfortunate :( I generally always follow the accredited list and have never had a problem with those casinos  The only time I've had an issue has been with unaccredited casinos, like Gowild Casino

I know what it's like not getting paid and the important thing here is that you seem to have learnt from this experience :)
