I signed up at Slotland and played there sign up bonus and cashed out a small profit, the cashin was processed no problem. I went back and deposited 200$ and decided to play a little and then cashed in a small loss. I recieved no bonus with this deposit. Slotland sends me this email:

"Dear XXXXX,

We are in receipt of your withdrawal request in amount of $190. Please be advised that I found you have deposited $200 in your account and then requested a withdrawal after minimal play.

Please be advised our terms and conditions (as shown on

) require that all deposits and bonus are required to be wagered at least once prior to requesting a cash withdrawal. Therefore a total amount you must wager before requesting a withdrawal is $200. Currently, you still have to wager $184.

Please feel free to log in and start to play. When you re-deposit funds into your player account, it will be taken from your withdrawal fund at first instead of charging your credit card again.

Please, let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Sincerely,
Diana Smith

I looked on their terms and they state the following, this is cut right from their terms:

"Wagering requirements: Slotland's withdrawal policy is very simple and clear: any bonus which you may receive (and any deposit made to earn such a bonus) is required to be wagered at least once prior to requesting a cash withdrawal, unless terms and conditions for a particular bonus are stated to be otherwise."

Where does it say that all deposits must be wagered through once even without a bonus? Does this not state that "any BONUS which you may receive (and any deposit made to earn such a bonus) is required to be wagered at least once prior to requesting a cash withdrawal". IMO this is the most absurd thing I have ever heard, a wagering requirement with no bonus, it clearly does NOT state this in their terms but they still will not let me withdraw. This behavoir is not acceptable and I am clearly disgraced with the way Slotland is behaving.

I think they give a bonus for each $1000 in cumulative deposits so it makes sense for there to be wagering requirements on all deposits (the terms say the wagering requirements are for "any deposit made to earn such a bonus"). Just tell them you don't want any more bonuses and they should let you withdraw.

I think once you've made five $200 deposits (totalling $1000) you get a $100 bonus or something similar.

Thanks for the clarification Sirus, if the casino had of just told me that in the 5 emails they sent I would have understood right away, instead all they wirte is "read the terms and conditions" with no explanation. From reading what I read, what would you think? I dont think the supports grasp of english is very good so perhaps this is why they were unable to help me.
