Well this is odd. I decided to setup an account and deposit a few times to see when the auto bonuses stop. Apparently I already have an account with my card linked to it, and a 10.00 cash balance.

All of the information is correct on the account, so it's me. Just don't remember setting it up. I'm guessing that cash was some type of sign up bonus that applied when I started the account maybe? At any rate, will give it a go and see.

Yeah, above sounds like a total rip-off. I've never heard of a mandatory bonus with no option to exclude that ties in your deposited funds into a major turnover. That said, why do it *twice*??

I did - and it was meant to be tongue in cheek seeing as you obviously had a terrible experience with one business and then chose the second business by the same owners for your second experience instead of steering away from their practices. That said, I also agreed with you that the terms are predatory and offered assistance of how you can fight your case if you would like that falls within the rules of the forum as I know them.

But you know what? You are right, for an opening post of a new player on a forum a tongue in cheek isn't the way to go and I sincerely apologise for that.

The question was more rhetorical. The main point of my post was I have an account with them that I didn't know about, and I will see if I get auto bonuses applied to my account.

Ok, I knew the auto bonus would apply to the first one, so no surprise there. I asked the rep to remove, and she said she would foward the request to a sup. No surprise there. So that's that. Of course I expect them to deny the request.

I was going to just burn through the money, then I realized money is money no matter how small of a deposit. So I'm going to let my wife play when she gets off work. With my work week starting tonight, and my wife not being as heavy of a player, it will probably take us a couple of days to make a few deposits and see how many have the auto bonuses applied.

I noticed they have that special for new members where the first 5 deposits gain a % bonus. So 1st is 100%, then 25% on 2nd through 4th, and 85% on 5th. So I'm thinking that's what the rep was referring to when she/he told you the 5 deposits will receive a bonus. So that part is advertised, all though it doesn't say it's auto. Will make 6th deposits to see if the 6th gets an auto or not.

And yes I find irony very funny. A person who gets screwed by one casino, and then goes to play at another that is under the same umbrella of the one that screwed them......yes that is funny irony. I have another word for it, but I'm liking not having any infractions on my account.

Not sure the best way to explain it. It's kind of a written warning you would get from your employer. After so many, your account will either be suspended for x amount of days or banned. At least I think that's how it works.

Correction**

I just reviewed my transaction history and indeed the bonuses was
applied to the first 5 deposits. The bonuses just get smaller and smaller.

I'm a $25 depositor so bonuses are welcome from fair casinos.

Cleveland, I'm sure that is what you'll come across when playing there.

The slots are decent.
