Slotastic Promo Problem

I received an email from Slotastic casino the coupon code LUCKYFRIDAY13. It stated the promo code was a 50% bonus as well as 13 free spins on Enchanted Garden. I played my free spins and now I see that all the other games are blocked (little padlocks appear next to them) and only Enchanted Garden is selectable to play. In the cashier section, it lists all slots, real-series video slots and otherwise, in the included section for completing the playthrough. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told only Enchanted Garden could be played in order to complete the playthrough amount, and once that is done, then other games can be selected. I didn't see this mentioned anywhere on the coupon email, and don't understand why all the other slots are listed as included if they can't actually be selected. Has anyone else received this email? Does this seem dishonest to anyone else? I am wondering, for future reference, if I made a mistake and how I could have known that only this one game can be used for the playthrough. Sorry for the long post, but this has been a bit frustrating. Thanks in advance to anyone who can respond with info or advice in this situation.
 
Are you certain it's playthrough on the free spins AND dep bonus only on enchanted garden, or did the rep mean, free spins on enchanted garden and winnings from them on that game....then the dep is unlocked to play anywhere else

My guess is they made a blunder when they formulated the coupon. Normally, other slots are restricted before you complete the free spins but once completed you should be free to play other slots. You can show us the promo letter or alternatively show us what the cashier states in respect of coupon details though that is unlikely to help you much.

I thought perhaps that was the case and the winnings from EG had their own playthrough, but I didn't really win anything on it, and I actually played my balance down a bit to an amount under my original deposit + bonus total. The games remain locked, and the customer service rep told me I had a total playthrough requirement of nearly $1440 on Enchanted Garden only before I could play others.

I'm pretty neurotic about it, save for the few casinos I implicitly trust

What is the WR? Is it deposit, bonus, or deposit+ bonus?
Is there a max cash-out?
What are the restricted games? If slots bonus, do progressives count?
Is there a max wager in place?
etc
Then I copy and save the chat in case the rep was wrong, and have something to back it up. If copy/paste is disabled, I screenshot the chat, or ask for a transcript.
 
They goofed up no doubt about it. I entered the code above and presto the coupon details indicated that 13 free spins on Enchanted Garden was available on redemption and that all video slots were included for playthrough purposes. So stick to your guns and demand that they fix the problem to allow play on all slots now. From experience the JC group is willing to admit its mistakes and will resolve the matter soon with an apology. Well, mistakes do occur sometimes.
 
Apparently they realized their mistake and fixed it. I logged back into the casino and all the slot games are now selectable. Thanks to everyone who responded and helped me out in this thread, and thanks for the advice regarding redeeming promos as well!
