I received an email from Slotastic casino the coupon code LUCKYFRIDAY13. It stated the promo code was a 50% bonus as well as 13 free spins on Enchanted Garden. I played my free spins and now I see that all the other games are blocked (little padlocks appear next to them) and only Enchanted Garden is selectable to play. In the cashier section, it lists all slots, real-series video slots and otherwise, in the included section for completing the playthrough. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told only Enchanted Garden could be played in order to complete the playthrough amount, and once that is done, then other games can be selected. I didn't see this mentioned anywhere on the coupon email, and don't understand why all the other slots are listed as included if they can't actually be selected. Has anyone else received this email? Does this seem dishonest to anyone else? I am wondering, for future reference, if I made a mistake and how I could have known that only this one game can be used for the playthrough. Sorry for the long post, but this has been a bit frustrating. Thanks in advance to anyone who can respond with info or advice in this situation.
