irishbrit62: Happy 60..sorry a 60% bonus

Daron: That code can only be used on a first time deposit.

irishbrit62: Sorry I don't understand? I have been a long time depositor

Daron: You must be depositing for the first time in order to use this code.

irishbrit62: Daron, I have been a very long time depositor....what are you talking about?

Daron: You are not a first time deposit player.

irishbrit62: Correct, I am not. This is a BIRTHDAY bonus.

Daron: This code is only valid for a customer who is depositing for the first time.

Daron: You are a long time player so this code cannot be used.

irishbrit62: Ok, I give up.

Sorry, but I just can't accept the level of CS. They gave me a coupon for a ...yep, me a very long time depositor for a 60% DEPOSIT coupon. Happy60. Yes, Happy freaking 60 percent deposit bonus for my birthday. Are you kidding me?

I did receive a free 10 spin birthday bonus of a max cap of 50 bucks. I am in the USA.

Deplorable.

CS had no idea that I received a message of 10 free spins and another bonus of a lousy 60% Depsoit bonus,

Geeze. Thanks for you patronage, Jane ...may I shove this up your arse, too.? (They may have well said, too)

Now you made me go check if today was your birthday and that I might had missed it in some way:eek2:
2 days left it said so I guess I'll wait :)

Their bonuses are getting worse each day and that for a birthday  They must have lost it somehow.

Awww, Sara.Thanks but not until Monday. :)

Yeah, they have lost their customer loyalty from me , for sure.

Such poor service is baffling, particularly in such a saturated industry with a plethora of options available. Even if the bonus wasn't applicable, you'd think the customer service operator would be proactive and go out of their way to make the customer satisfied.

You see so many distraught customers due to misunderstandings concerning the application of bonuses. It's something so easily rectified and by rectifying it, creates a loyal customer base.

I think the JPC Group has gone to POT!

There is no question that Jackpot Capital, Slotastic, and Grande Vegas have deteriorated in every possible way.

Last night I tallied up my year to date losses at Slotastic. My last four deposits with ranged between $30 and $50. Two had a 100% match bonus, and two 50%. My play sessions in every case lasted between 15 and 20 minutes before going bust. In two of those pathetic sessions I never hit a bonus round nor did or a single spin that paid more than 8x. Bets ranged from 20 cents to $1.25.

I realize this could happen anywhere and does not necessarily mean they have lowered their RTP to 60% but it sure feels that way.

JPC as most of you know their "VIP" program is now designed to attract only the fattest whales with the fattest bank accounts that deposit and lose thousands of dollars on their site frequently and consistently. For the rest--those who are not bonus banned--there are mainly 50% match offers available and the rare 100% match offer always requires a minimum deposit of $50.

Slotastic on the other hand seems to be offering more generous bonus offers than ever; however, it really doesn't matter if you get a 500% match bonus when you can't hit one decent spin or bonus round in any given session. If you do happen to hit one decent payout you can be certain it will be quickly lost and you will not get another one.

Grande Vegas, where I used to deposit the most by far, dropped me from VIP status to 25% maximum bonus offers and even stripped my ability to participate in their tournaments which I have never won more than 25 cents in.

All three of these casinos used to be very generous with free chip offerings by snail mail and email but now almost all "free" chips are tied to deposit bonuses.

Over the past three years I can say that between these three casinos I have easily lost $15,000. My withdrawals have been few and far between at all of them.

Last night, I decided to ask support at Slotastic if I qualified for any courtesy bonus since I have had such horribly short sessions on my last deposits.

I don't remember his name but after the standard "Please wait two minutes while I check" he came back and said "Your account is not eligible for any bonuses at this time."

No, I'm sorry, no empathy, no courtesy, and not even a goodbye. I responded "Thanks for checking--I guess if I'm not eligible I'm not eligible. Have a great morning."

I waited about five minutes and this rude person didn't even offer additional assistance, tell me to have a good morning, say goodbye or anything. He did not offer another word.

I speculate that JPC Group has new ownership or at least a major shift in the people behind the scenes with power. If I am correct, it would seem their goal is to bleed as much as they possibly can out of their players while they can as if time is running short. That's how it feels to me.

I have completely stopped depositing at Grande Vegas and I deposit less at JPC and Slotastic now than ever. I'm considering stopping all together and will if I do not see a change in their decline.

Jackpot Group queries

Hi there,

Ownership is the same as it always was.

I am always here to help so kindly PM me your usernames and details to me so I could check into your recent issues.

Kind regards,
Yasmeen

I to have noticed that these casinos listed hardly ever
send out the free 50 dollar chip on a letter in the mail or offer it in my mailbox. when I contact them via chat for a 100 % bonus code they usually come back and tell me there are no new codes of 100 % available to me. they offer me the 50 % which I turn down.. as I can play elsewhere with a better offer. but I still play once they update on the coupons and its worth my while.
