Slot power and vanguard casinos out of business?

i will almost be going on my forth week now with no payout or an email from vanguard

As I said, WHO is taking responsibility for player's money. NO-ONE it seems:rolleyes:

Here's the deal Vinyl, The so called "marketing partners" were the actual owners of said domain names, hence they can do what they please with them. Apparently they had some sort of falling out with Rival Central and thus shut down their owned domain names and re-directed them to Manhattan Slots where they were also affiliates for.

When this happened and since they were a "White Label" operation, then Rival Central steps up to the plate and takes over the casino skins and they set up new domain names in the UK to run the two casinos from.

Apparently Rival saw this move by the said "marketing partners/domain owners/white-label owners" as a breach of contract, thus Rival's response by taking over the casino skins.

But, players were told that these were the OPERATORS, and that these operators invested THEIR money in a "white label" solution from Rival, where this solution provided many of the back office services on behalf of the operator.
Well, this was how Rival explained "white label" to us, but they were a little secretive along the lines "we cannot say exactly which white label options are available..........."

Now, the evidence is stacking up that the "operator" of these casinos was nothing more than a big AFFILIATE, who had their fingers in many other "pies", one being an affiliate for Manhattan slots, and no doubt owning other web domains promoting other casinos.

If Rival have remedied the crisis by taking over the skins, rather than closing them, WHY has rjb had no payment, nor heard a thing, for FOUR WEEKS, far too long even by Rival's standards.

The amazing thing about this continues to be that none of the companies involved has seen fit to communicate with their players or the public at large to clarify the situation, leaving it wide open to speculation.

None of this confusion can be good commercially.

It's been said before in this industry, but it bears repeating - this is one helluva way to run a business....not!

It's also an unacceptable situation from a licensing perspective, and it's perhaps time that the Netherlands Antilles jurisdiction stepped in and took some names.....OK, that's a little optimistic on my part LOL!

Well, Rival central have always shown they don't have a clue how to run an online casino business. It seems they have a policy of "make 'em crap, stack 'em high, sell 'em cheap, (do a runner?)"

I apologize for being so dense, guys (& gal) but none of it makes a bit of sense to me, even after all the patient explanations.

All I know for certain at this moment, is that I am soooooooo glad I took my withdrawal (off Vanguard's SUB, at that) and ran .... quite some months ago, now. They have been uninstalled (along with all other Rivals) for ages.

I love the fact they are still sending out emails about their marvelous weekend offers:lolup::lolup:

Still no public statements from First Gaming Partners or Rival or Bonne Chance or anyone else who may be involved in this nonsense of a situation, which is so typical of an industry where duff owners and operators can remain anonymous, and most so-called licensing jurisdictions don't really give a damn.

I wonder whether any other affiliates are involved with these people and whether we may eventually get more inside information from them?

These white labels are turning out to be a serious p.i.a.

I think another good question that we should be asking here is exactly how was/is Windows Casino partner Avi Goldman connected to these two casino operations?

The rogued casino operation "Connect To Casino" sold its interest to World eGaming as well back in March of 2005. Maybe that right there explains why "Connect To Casino" switched from the RTG Platform to the Rival Platform last year...eh ;)

So what links Avi Goldman (who's been around in the business since God was a boy) to First Gaming Partners?

And last time I looked, Connecttocasino/Connect2Casino were in the stable of the Norwegian company Playsafe AS?

That is certainly intriguing given the following notice that appeared on the First Gaming Partners site and other affy email info that has been doing the rounds:

Quote:
Unfortunately the Rival gaming platform hasn't lived up to our expectations over the past few months.

Because of continued and prolonged processing problems you might have seen your conversion ratios and player values erode. We had no other option, but to drop Rival. We sincerely hope that Rival will
continue honoring their affiliate commitments as they have done in the past.

Your players will be able to continue playing on the sytem and thus you will continue receiving checks from them. However we ask you not to send further traffic to our front page.

We wish you continued success in your affiliate endeavors.

Best regards,
First Gaming Partners Team

It's beginning to look as if FGP was just the marketer - an afffiliate hiring affiliates - and not the owner, but then Goldman's dealings have always been very convoluted - right back to the original Windows and Friedman/Prague days.

The Indian location for Hypervision is interesting, too.

And Connect2Casino remains in the Playsafe AS stable a.f.a.i.c.s.

Roll on proper regulation that enables players to see who the real owners of these online gambling joints are!

Well I forgot all about this thread. Deposited $25 for a 1000% bonus, hit a couple of good spins and still have about 8k to wager. Notice anything odd about this screenshot?

You cannot use a credit card to deposit and you have NO promotions available?:p

Is it that it says "No promotions available" where it should show the promotion you are playing right now?
Without that you won't know when you've finished WR unless you contact CS...

who happen to be unavailable....

Live chat came up and I asked what was going on. Basically, I was bonus banned the instant I claimed the promotion BUT am allowed to play this one out.

Concerned me because all T&C's are gone. I don't have a lot of experience with Rivals (just this year) but to wipe out the current promo terms seems strange.

Well maybe not strange for a Rival casino...

So, basically they baited a trap, and any player that accepts this offer is instantly bonus banned. This is done at the START it seems, when they have absolutely NO idea HOW you are going to play out the bonus.

They will soon have no customers left, but surely this is the general idea for a casino that has CLOSED!!!
