The odd few you win huge amounts upon initial sign up but after a couple of large withdrawals every slot goes dead with RTP on all session hovering around 50% or below.

Overal in the long run your gameplay and return is not random. You can win huge one week on any certain slot but thereafter whenever and however long a period you play in day to day month to month etc it will run dead till it's clawed all you one back and more.

This week alone MT Securetrade. Not naming the casino made a withdrawal of £700 every MT Securetrade casino I played at since I've have seen 5 features in 3800 spins at £1 bet average with and RTP no greater than 40% book of dead my favourite slot knowing it's volatile at time played out 1514 spins before I triggered a feature. Witch was triggered by a 4 book scatter that somehow completely missed a 5 line hit on any symbol and paid a mere £65 on £1 prior RTP over the course of the 1514 spins was around 35%. No, you won't get banned for foil-hatting, we all do it! You're frustrated as indeed I am with my crappiest run since joining CM, dreadful 'egg-timer' deposits (means the balance level only goes down and never up) one after the other. It has also been said on here slots play better when new then 'settle down' - not by me but others seem to think so. Take a break if you aren't enjoying it. I only play them as they relax and calm me, making me of more a sunny disposition.

I can't hit the broad side of a barn the past few weeks.

I like a bit of tin foil hatting, but thinking about it the problem is that for every lucky big winner on a slot there are probably hundreads of losers so if you find yourself depositing a lot more than you normally would to catch the big win and cover the losses i would say that is probably a good time t0 have a break. I had that similar issue problem with Book of Dead, I had more loss than win with this particular slot and I now thought is best avoid this slot at all cost, RTP is too low for my liking at based game. I have had much less issue problem with Dead or Alive cos in based game RTP seems fine for me, most of feature can be a dud though in Dead or Alive somehow.
