SkyVegas passed BoF

I sent a question to Sky Vegas support about the RTP of the 'Elvis The King' slot, as they only list the ranges as supplied by IGT and not an actual figure.

Their first response was basically 'We don't know what you mean' (which is alarming enough in itself):

So I patiently explained to the casino how their casino games work:

And, erm, that was it.

I didn't hear from them again, I did send a follow-up email asking for a response a few days later, nothing.

Make of that what you will.

Would have been nice to have got a response from Dean on this I have to say.

Apologies I did not respond last week, I was actually off work due to illness for the most part of the week.

I will speak with our customer service team leaders about your experience and also get an answer for you on your original question.

I have spoken with the Casino manager who has informed me that our version of the game is the 96.02% version and is having the copy you mentioned updated to reflect this as opposed to the range.

Finally, a member of the customer service team leaders is investigating your experience and will take the appropriate action.

Thanks,

Dean

Thanks for that Dean, I've noticed a few of your games are now showing the infamous and uninformative 'range' of RTPs in the help file, rather than an exact value.

IGT slots themselves do just have the range listed in the paytable (not very helpful), but for most of them you then actually display the exact value in your own help file, which is far more helpful.

I first joined up to Sky Poker years ago. The whole brand is fantastic and ive never had a single problem with them. Highly Recomended by me.

For the record I have made a few deposits at Sky Vegas and made a few withdrawals whilst they've been on Baptism By Fire, haven't had any problems at all, payout time is usually just a few hours, even at the weekend. (Overnight is as slow as they get.)

Not a bad casino to play at if you want a solid range of slots to choose from IMO.

Looks like these guys are good to go. Congrats on a job well done. I should have them on the list shortly.

Didn't really take much notice of this thread initially, but yes Sky Vegas was the first casino I ever played at 4 or 5 years ago, and was unique in that as well as IGT classics, it had the B3's like rainbow riches, slotto etc. (B3's are the £1 a spin 500 j/p slots you see in UK 'amusement' arcades.)

Paid out back to bank debit card/account in 48 hours even back then. W/D on a Sunday and in my bank Tuesday 02:00 AM. No tiresome docs submission. No stupid pending period so no need to flush.

IMO it was just as good as PPower, Virgin and Boyle (which was IGT at the time.)

I'm surprised it wasn't accredited years ago. They obviously weren't that bothered with CM back then........

I predict they will end up like 32red and Virgin up at 9.5 in the ratings.

Thanks to all who posted feedback, both good and bad. If there are any future queries regarding Sky Vegas please feel free to post and i will endeavor to respond ASAP.

Cheers,

Dean

On a bit of a tangent, I wish Sky Vegas would being back the original Sky Vegas Live TV games. they had the best presenters ever.

Whereas now the TV roulette presenters on all channels seem obliged to witter on endlessly about how to play roulette again and again, the Sky Vegas Live presenters (particularly the stunning/hilarious/sharp-as-a-tack Ashley Mulheron and Lisa marie Long) never really talked about the game at all.

Instead there would be proper banter, very random subject matter, occesionally they'd just crease up with laughter. These games play themselves after all, we're not kids and we don't need to be told what a straight up bet is twenty times a night.
Ah well these were the days...

I just got paid a withdrawal in under two minutes from Sky Vegas.

They sent me a nice match offer promoting their new mobile casino, but the offer was also good for their normal site. (A ridiculously good offer too, a £10 deposit yielded a £30 bonus on a 1xB WR (!?!??!)).

Needless to say I met wagering as it was literally impossible not to, but I carried on playing for a fair bit afterwards, (I do like some of the IGT/Astra slots), eventually withdrawing £55.

Yes it's only a small amount, but even so, I've been dicked around for small withdrawals from casinos in the past and it's a real PITA.

Having made the withdrawal I decided to log into my Neteller account to see what my balance was (I have an ongoing session at Unibet at the moment as well, so I just wanted to double-check what I had in there) - and to my amazement the £55 was already paid. I'm saying 120 seconds at the most from withdrawal to cash in my Neteller account.

I figured it was worth flagging up 'cause I know we all hate slow pays from casinos, so IMO it's worth mentioning when they're at the opposite end of the scale.
