Let's give Laura a chance to show what she can do in her new management position - imo it's a step in the right direction to interact with any complainants here at Casinomeister, and that could be a useful channel to get issues resolved.

Do you have any idea as to when Laura came on board there at Skyline? I sent an email to them on the 1-4-05 along with a screenshot of all of the complaints at WOL. Since that time the complaints have multiplied nearly three fold and there's been no action in the way of reconciling these (for the most part) petty but extremely frustrating problems. Have a good one.
 
I believe I read somewhere that she started there on January 3. So far it seems that three (?) complainants have stepped forward here and she's dealing with those.

Perhaps we could all spread the word for other complainants to contact Laura with their problems and report back here if they are not looked after?

I did exactly that on the 5th (see the eight post in this thread) and the list here at the Casinomeister website and at WOL has grown exponentially since then. Have a good one.
 
I missed an email from Laura before I posted. She wrote that she is working on all the cases and they should be solved soon.
I'm working in the other cases and I expect all can be solved within 24 hours.
 
The witheld funds were returned to my account today and I've been informed that I can withdraw whenever I want - they cannot send it direct to my Neteller. Will update when I have successfully received some of my funds. Thus far it looks like a very efficient intervention by Ms Chacon, and as I said before the front-line CS has been first rate from the outset.

Yes, I noticed that post Cipher and kudos for getting involved on behalf of the players here.

For clarity (and as a guide to Laura who presumably has access to the complaints referred to the casino prior to her arrival) exactly how many complaints are outstanding to your knowledge - the word "exponential" implies a significant increase over the ones disclosed here thus far?

I have no idea as to the number of complaints. What I was referring to are the new complaints that came to light on a daily basis even after Skyline acknowledged there was in fact a problem. Hence the term "exponential."

For the record, I've yet to hear a single solitary peep from anyone at Skyline, despite sending multiple emails and contacting live customer support, submitting a PAB here, etc. No funds in my Neteller account, none in my Skyline account, nada.
 
Hi, Scurvy - sorry to hear you're having hassles here. Have you tried using the email address posted earlier by Laura Chacon? If not I could PM her for you, but it's generally better that you do it direct to avoid any miscommunications.

Please keep us informed here as many eyes are watching to see if this Skyline nonsense really is going to be sorted out, or if this is just smoke and mirrors we're being served up.
 
By way of an update, I'm pleased to say the remainder of my original withdrawal has now reached my Neteller account - very quick withdrawals process too, which is a huge plus for any casino.

I'd like to publicly thank Laura for her assistance in this matter, fairhandedness in reviewing my case and honesty in sorting out the confusion over the change in terms and conditions.

Thanks to everyone here for your help,too. It's good to know we're not entirely on our own if problems arise.

Happy to report that Laura responded to my email within 24 hours with the news that the $300 would be credited to my casino account and could then be withdrawn.

Aside from the issue of changing promotion terms and withholding of bonuses, my experience with Skyline was a good one, as far as the speed of the software and quick cashouts.
 
I have also recived my 300$. But there is another problem now, I can't cash them out because I got another 70$ bonus after I cashed out my first deposit and bonus. I busted on the 70$ bonus so now I have some wagering requirements left from it so I can't withdraw the 300$. I have mailed Laura about it and she told me she will look into it. Thank you Laura!
