I played at Skyking casino on the 8th of March. That day I was supposed to get 2 for 1 for a Blackjack. I didn't get the additional bonus.
After some other excuses and delays, they claim that there is a rule avoiding withdrawals before getting the blackjack bonus.
First, This rule appears in the section "Deposit Bonuses", and says specifically "deposit bonuses".
Second, This rule did not exist in the rules for "All promotions and offers"
Third, There was an extra list of terms for this blackjack promotion. There too, no mention of the "no withdrawal" rule existed.

When I notified them that the quoted text never existed. They "found" a rule in their first deposit bonus. There under the title "Deposit Bonuses":Here is an excerpt from the terms and conditions below:-
"To qualify, you must deposit a minimum of $50 and play during the 24 hour period between 00.01am and 23.59pm Atlantic Standard Time.
Any withdrawal requests made prior the bonuses being awarded will void the promotion."
Now,A player must have also not requested a withdrawal. In such circumstances, any withdrawal or pending withdrawal will result in all remaining deposit bonuses being void. (my emphasis).
