Got an email from them - dont think i have heard about them yet. Does anyone know anything about them. I couldnt find them in the Rougepit - but I might have missed them as well... There are just SOOO many there =)

according to the email they are registred in Gibraltar and they use playtech..

Would be nice with some info, good and bad!

Actually my mom got the email as well from them, and she wanted to give it a go. However I tried to help her since there was a bonus offer in the email.
She registred, with the emailadress they sent the email to, but me knowing casinos decided to talk to livechat first since the bonusoffer in the email was different from the bonusoffer on their homepage.
They refused to answer until I said that I had a problem with the deposit... Then they showed up from nowhere - warning number 1.
Then they did not acnowledge the email ever beein sent, no records of this at all.
I then asked if they wanted a copy of the email - since I would want that If i was running a casino...
Well, if i really wanted to I could send it to.... and an adress - I did.
I then told livechat that they can go ahead and close my (my moms) account.. and then he turns around and says - well - I should wait for maximum 24 hours so that they can investigate if the email after all is legit.
No thanks
My mom can play on the casinos I trust.... she is so lucky to have me =)) And me for learning from this site =)

Still if anyone has experiance from this site, I still wanna hear about it!

I play there regularly. I am a member there for about 3 years, and I always got paid, and got very good bonuses. For example I got a bonus from them for Christmas like 100% + €40 as I remember, all this with 10x WR, all games allowed. Now they are part of the William Hill Group, and since then their service improved and their terms got better. Their site was offline for a few months, but recetnly it was renewed and released again. Meanwhile existing account holders could play. Personally I am happy they are back online with a site as well.

I think you might have received the 500% bonus offer that is regularly sent in invitations. That bonus is valid. Maybe you received it in form of a spam from an affiliate, and that's why they don't recognise it.

I never had problems with them even in those days when those incudents shown up. But now they are William Hill property, so you can expect much better service. Their terms and contitions were rewritten as well (from many aspects in favour of the player, much clearer in important points). Also if you check the link where Max has written a report, you can read:

'By clicking on the "Show Me!" button you are acknowledging that this Warning has been marked as "Withdrawn" because the circumstances have changed and the original text no longer applies:'

Personally I didn't have problems with them in the old days either, however I am not a high roller...

Thanks, I didnt know that they were part of William Hill. that is a group I do trust...
It was just all a bit weird. I also chatted with 2 different people and they both said 2 different things, but I guess that can happen anywhere, Thanks for your input.

An update. My mom got called up on her cellphone by them but since her english is not that good I asked them to email her instead coz then she can read and understand in her own speed =)
anyways they emailed her and apologized and said that the email that she did recive was legit and that she was invited to take part in this bonus and that they hoped that she would re-.open her account and trust them again.
IF i didnt know that they were part of WH I would have told her to leave it alone, but now i told her to go for it... =) hopefully she wins big and buys me a vaccation somewhere - I sure do need it
haha
