My account in sky vegas casino is********
I made withdraw of 200 € to my skrill, which i had earlier deposit 1 hour ago..
Cs first time told me that they have technical problem to withdraw to skrill, and then comed email that they have technical problem with skrill and the skrill withdraw has reversed..
Finally comed thruth in customer chat , that they dont use skrill, or neteller anymore. All 2 options which was alternative would cost me money..( for getting them , and i need to deposit to via them to get my money..)
So basically chat and email was lie hole the time.. I think lieng isn't customer care..
Last email is funny..

Kelly: What should happen is your money should drop back into your account within the next 24 hours, if this doesn't happen automatically please contact us so we can sort this for you. What will be best for yourself is to arrange to add an alternative payment method on so that you can withdraw to that until Money bookers issue is resolved.
me: Can you reverse that withdraw?
Kelly: Not at the moment as it will take 24 hours to register on the system however if it hasn't returned by dinner time tomorrow please contact us so we can sort this for you.
me: ok, ill wait it for skrill

Unfortunately we're currently experiencing some technical issues with Moneybookers, which means that the withdrawal was not successfully processed.
I have refunded the withdrawal back onto your Sky account and we would advise that you withdraw it back to a different payment method e.g. debit/credit card or PayPal.

me: Where to i withdraw my money then. This is strange , i have deposit everyday and yesterday via skrill. But now i cant get my money out

Tom H: You will need to withdraw to either PayPal or a debit card
me: I dont have credit card, and i cant add paypal
Tom H: It's a debit card not credit M
Tom H: Unfortunately these are now the only ways to withdraw

We have not encouraged you to deposit more to withdraw your funds , as you could have added your card over the phone without having to deposit.
