Hi!

My account in sky vegas casino is********

I made withdraw of 200 € to my skrill, which i had earlier deposit 1 hour ago..

Cs first time told me that they have technical problem to withdraw to skrill, and then comed email that they have technical problem with skrill and the skrill withdraw has reversed..

Finally comed thruth in customer chat , that they dont use skrill, or neteller anymore. All 2 options which was alternative would cost me money..( for getting them , and i need to deposit to via them to get my money..)

So basically chat and email was lie hole the time.. I think lieng isn't customer care..

Last email is funny..

first chat 12.12.2014:
Kelly: Hi, you're through to Kelly.
me: Hi Kelly
me: I just wondered to ask how long withdraw takes becouse it always hase been worked in 0,5-2 hours..
me: It has been very quik.. ;)
Kelly: Let me get your account up and i will take a look for you.
me: ok
Kelly: We are currently having issues in withdrawing to money bookers accounts
Kelly: Thank you you i can see the £200.00 withdrawn today please bear with me i will just check what is happening with money bookers.
me: ok
Kelly: So sorry for keeping you so long there
me: no problem
Kelly: What should happen is your money should drop back into your account within the next 24 hours, if this doesn't happen automatically please contact us so we can sort this for you. What will be best for yourself is to arrange to add an alternative payment method on so that you can withdraw to that until Money bookers issue is resolved.
me: Can you reverse that withdraw?
Kelly: Not at the moment as it will take 24 hours to register on the system however if it hasn't returned by dinner time tomorrow please contact us so we can sort this for you.
me: ok, ill wait it for skrill

Thanks for your E-mail.

Unfortunately we're currently experiencing some technical issues with Moneybookers, which means that the withdrawal was not successfully processed.

I have refunded the withdrawal back onto your Sky account and we would advise that you withdraw it back to a different payment method e.g. debit/credit card or PayPal.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind Regards,

Liz K

Withdrawals to debit or credit cards take 2 to 5 bank working days to process. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the banks in this regard and cannot do anything to speed up this process. As an alternative, withdrawals to e-wallets such as PayPal, Neteller, Skrill Moneybookers etc. are usually processed within the day.

Prove it:p

A UK company, and UK banks now all operate "faster payments" which are just as fast as payments to eWallets. It has even been demonstrated as a player withdrew to their debit card from a different site and had the money the same day showing in their bank. Credit card refunds should also be covered by the same process, and should show up the banking day following the day of processing the payment.

I am sure they can do SOMETHING to speed things up, such as choosing their processors wisely with the customer in mind, rather than their own convenience, and ensuring that payments are routed as direct as possible, rather than through a chain of intermediaries.

I posted this as reference to the fact that someone had been told that they dont do payments back to NETeller anymore while their site says they do.

That's an even bigger crock of s*** than the banking excuse.

Neteller was specifically designed to support online gambling sites, and it is ALWAYS possible to send money both ways, it's the whole POINT of Neteller, as it was created to get around the problems with traditional purchase methods that do not always allow for the reverse flow of "winnings" above the original "purchase price" of a service. These methods were designed for retail, where you buy something, and occasionally get a refund if it's faulty. It was not necessary to design in a facility for a merchant to send back any more than the original purchase price, which is why it's such a problem for online gambling.

Maybe this person should lodge an "adverse merchant report" with Neteller over this BS excuse that Neteller is only one-way, and cannot be used to withdraw.
