Question Skrill

    Just wondered if anyone else is having problems with Skrill.
    It just keeps telling me access denied ?

    I had this problem last week aswell so i had to use neteller after i was done with the deposit skrill worked again so i think its just server issues. Which platform ?

    I've had the same with Neteller. It always works the second time though, but never the first.

    Has been down for a few hours now for me and i even tried to deposit and would not allow it.
    Tried several browsers and says the same but when i had not seen any posts regarding an issue i thought it might just be me.
    Its just that website that i am having an issue with.

    Must be the servers then. I use skrill on phone often so if i have a problem i just clear the cache and it usually works. Edit ; Worked for me though try clear cache on browser:)

    Cleared everything and still no luck and tried on the i pad also with same result so i have no idea.
    Time for the bed so i will try in the morning.
    If you have any other suggestions i would be grateful.

    They have often problems lately (get also blank pages etc.). You should call them. They were able to solve my problems every time in a few minutes.

    I rang skrill and was told to screenshot my ip address and send it to them so being a totally computer idiot i have no idea what a problem could be regarding a ip address.

    Yep it seems they have a problem with their system and sometimes your IP gets blocked (happened for me) so they manually will then accept the ip and whitelist it, and the problem can only happen again when the ip changes...

    If you want to find out the IP that Skrill needs, go from the computer where it doesn't work to the website You must register/login in order to see the link. and tell them the IP you will see on the page.

    I sent them my IP hours ago and rang them again and it seems they have a backlog.
    Pin in the ass but as long as they fix it i do not mind.
    As i say ive no idea about computers so no idea how it works.

    Could not deposit at Casumo last night with skrill. Tried a number of times - not even support could get it to work after re-setting my payment options.

    Today though all good again

    deposited = lost :cool:

    Yeah i mean sometimes also they need to "re-sync" the token if you have. I just personally realized that E-Mailing them about an issue takes much longer than ringing them and telling them about the urgency of the issue :)
