Question Skrill

Has been down for a few hours now for me and i even tried to deposit and would not allow it.
Tried several browsers and says the same but when i had not seen any posts regarding an issue i thought it might just be me.
Its just that website that i am having an issue with.

Must be the servers then. I use skrill on phone often so if i have a problem i just clear the cache and it usually works. Edit ; Worked for me though try clear cache on browser:)

Cleared everything and still no luck and tried on the i pad also with same result so i have no idea.
Time for the bed so i will try in the morning.
If you have any other suggestions i would be grateful.
 
They have often problems lately (get also blank pages etc.). You should call them. They were able to solve my problems every time in a few minutes.
 
I rang skrill and was told to screenshot my ip address and send it to them so being a totally computer idiot i have no idea what a problem could be regarding a ip address.

Yep it seems they have a problem with their system and sometimes your IP gets blocked (happened for me) so they manually will then accept the ip and whitelist it, and the problem can only happen again when the ip changes...

If you want to find out the IP that Skrill needs, go from the computer where it doesn't work to the website

Could not deposit at Casumo last night with skrill. Tried a number of times - not even support could get it to work after re-setting my payment options.

Today though all good again

deposited = lost :cool:

Yeah i mean sometimes also they need to "re-sync" the token if you have. I just personally realized that E-Mailing them about an issue takes much longer than ringing them and telling them about the urgency of the issue :)
