    Do Skrill have anyone working at their support office? Sent them a mail, and never got any answer. Then they sent me a mass-mail as I hadn't used them in a while, stating i could write some secret code in the subject field to get faster support. I did so, but never got any answer on that aswell.

    Anyways, maybey you can help me with my question. Will funds be banned forever from gambling if they have been sent from a US merchant?

    US merchant sent you money, and you want to deposit this money? Not sure, but why they should ban your money for this?
    And support, yeah. Was need to verify account, sent docs - 13 days of waiting. Shame that neteller does not accept customers from Belarus, as skrill after becoming skrill(was moneybookers) turned to slow peace of you know what :D
