Hey guys,

just to get it right. When a casino sends my withdrawal to my skrill account i always thought it would be processed instantly. Now im waiting for a withdrawal and the support told me that it was processed on friday and i asked today why i havent received it.

"Please be advised that your funds were released on the 10th of October which is on a Friday.
This was the end of business day on Friday which means this will only be processed from Monday.
Also pleased be advised that it takes 24-48 hours for the funds to reflect into your account.
By my calculations the funds should be in your skrill account by the end of business day Tuesday."

"Also be advised that we processed it on our end and because we released it and sent it to you it is now up to skrill on how long they take to process it so that it reflects on your end."

I never had any troubles with skrill. I use it because its usually way faster than a transfer to my bank account.

What do you think? I dont want to blame the casino if this is normal.

that is BS from casino end. As soon as they press send button then money will be in your skrill account. They simply states it has been processed (aka sent to be sent if that makes sense) It prob still awaits the last press of a button to release funds.

I can inform have discussed this with Skrill many times. And every time they confirm it is instant not at their end. It is the merchant who have not yet sent money.

What they say about banking is BS big time..... when it is Skrill or Neteller everything is instant.

Also I can see they did not tell you that it was processed friday. Only RELEASED (big difference) so as I said released(sent) to be processed....

Yes, thats what i thought, thank you.

Im struggling with this withdrawal since october 9 and after countless mails they promised me on friday that it will be processed.

The second quote is from a different mail i received after i asked them to close my account after the WD is processed.

Im tired of responding to them because i never get the right answers to my questions. Hopefully i will receive it tomorrow.

skrill the quick the slow and the dodgy

i don't understand how some places can make you wait i cash out to skrill from betsafe 99% of the time instant
32 red casumo casino room many other under 12 hours.
i don't understand why it takes some places 3 days
i deposit on the day i want to cash out on that day and i want my cash within a day.

I wonder if the casino uses a third party processor or maybe they just don't process withdrawals on weekends. If they have anything to do with North America, this is also a holiday weekend. Thanksgiving in Canada, and something....Columbus day? in the US.

Thats right, they dont process on weekends and i was aware of that and had no problem with it.

I made a typo, i made this WD on october 2, not 9. Had to deal with another problem. They wanted my Visa Card or my bank account but im using skrill and neteller because i dont need to give every casino my banking details. And after a week they finally decided to pay to my skrill. But thats another story.

But the mail "...we sent it to you.." seemed just like a lie to me, so i wanted to ask you guys what you think.

Im now waiting if the promised time of end of business day tuesday is right and then will ask again to close my account.

They, or their processor, are holding things up, but they are keen to drop Skrill in the mire for it. It will probably emerge that it was not actually sent out to you as they claim, but held up somewhere their end. You could also contact Skrill, quoting the casinos excuse, and ask Skrill why "they" are holding up crediting the amount to your account given that the "casino sent it to you" on Friday. This will at least alert Skrill to the fact that their merchant is trying to make them take the blame and the brunt of customer dissatisfaction rather than the merchant taking responsibility, and the blame, for something that has gone wrong.

I have had the same BS over Neteller, and I did the same. They were not too pleased to be getting blamed by the merchant, and assured me that once the merchant had actually sent the money out, it would reflect immediately on my account. It actually turned out that it hadn't even been sent by the CASINO, there was a technical error their end, but they didn't notice because they were too arrogant to accept it was even possible the problem was with them. When they actually sent the payment having found the problem, it reflected straight away in my Neteller, some 12 days after it should have, and after it "was sent" according to the casino.

Good idea, just sent it to skrill.

And i have not received my winnings until now. So next promise (tuesday business hours) broken.

Is this your first withdrawal from this casino?

EDIT: oops forgot to mention that you should also remember that the casino might be in a different time zone than you - here it's still a couple of hours til close of business Tuesday. Let's hope that's all it is. :)

So i got the response from skrill telling me exactly what you guys said. If a merchant sends the money it is instantly in my account.

I wrote that skrill quote to the casino this morning and received my winnings a couple of minutes ago. Furthermore i received an email from the casino that it was a technical error and they had to send it again. I would understand that if they hadnt told me it was skrills fault.

@chayton: Wasnt my first WD at this place, but after this definitively my last. They apologized but because of that second quoted sentence in my starting post i feel that they lied to me and i dont want to play at this casino again.

But thank you for all your input. CM is such a great place

Without knowing who the casino is I can't give you any input on how trustworthy they are, but sometimes live chat or even email support doesn't know what's going on with payouts, especially if they're using a 3rd party processor. I wouldn't just assume that they blatantly lied - it's possible that they assumed it went out when the processor told them it did. After all, if they lied to you, why wouldn't they just continue to do it? Why would they bother telling the truth later?

Anyhow congrats on FINALLY getting paid!

Funny that. You call their bluff and they can pay in 2 minutes flat. How come they didn't find this technical error when you first pointed out that despite it having been sent, you hadn't received it in Skrill.

It's All Slots, isn't it:rolleyes:
