There is an average of $200 won daily on Skill Addiction, and growing daily!

Hundreds of players, hundreds of Dollars won daily.

Your account was closed for spamming - and this is basically the same ad that you posted earlier. :what:

This forum is for discussion of skill gaming. An ad is not a discussion - it's an ad.

If you can't tell the difference between ad copy and a discussion about skill gaming then you are posting in the wrong forum. If I let everyone do this then this forum would be nothing but a garbage heap.

Only $200 per day??? :what:
Sounds like it's a very small site - very similar to the posters brain I should imagine, after reading CasinoMeister's comments!
:p

That's like scam sites/schemes....have you ever noticed that if they have to say it's not a scam, it's guaranteed to be one?

People are being really naive.

It isn't an ad. An ad would be to post it and then bounce off of the forum and not come back. I am here to answer questions, announce events, take suggestions, ect. It is a common practice on many forums. If you don't want it, then that's fine.

As far as the people thinking everything is a scam, I suggest not to make judgments before actually going to the site. There has been thousands won on the site.

If you don't like the amount being won then don't play, everything starts somewhere.

BTW there is another message posted that announced a new skill gaming site as well..

Hundreds of players, hundreds of Dollars won daily.

Winning really means winning at SA. Other skill gaming sites can put you in the whole, even with a positive winning ration, because of their rake percentages. At SA, you no longer have to worry about that. Also, every game play gets you a step towards free prizes by earning tokens which can then be redeemed for cash or prizes; redeemed, not a raffle, these are guaranteed.

So, ready for some twists in skill gaming? SkillAddiction.com is going to be changing things around. With more prizes for its gamers, and a constantly growing community, this is the new skill gaming site you need to check out.

Collect Skill Tokens that can be redeemed for cash, gift cards, electronics, IPods, computers, and much more! Simply play the games to start collecting skill tokens!

We all know that the games are what matters we all want quality games to play! SkillAddiction is partnering with game developers who have made popular games and incorporating them as cash games.

Dont like going head to head? You can enjoy instant cash tournaments, progressive jackpot tournaments, Trophy (bracket, or multi-level) tournaments, play against a larger pool of members, or challenge people in the community!

You no longer have to worry about winning 4/5 games just to maintain a profit. With us, your skill really earns you the cash!

Like I said, I am around for suggestions, questions, anything to be helpful.

Advertising is a form of communication that typically attempts to persuade potential customers to purchase or to consume more of a particular brand of product or service.

Sooo what are you doing right now. Is it not advertising? Are you an affiliate for this site? If you are it will be then called SPAMMING.

Spam is the abuse of electronic messaging systems (including most broadcast media, digital delivery systems) to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately.

I really am not believing the attitudes from the user base.

Everyone does realize that this is a gaming forum, right? You do se the previous posts of other gaming sites right?

I am not here to merely advertise.. I am here for the purpose stated before.

I am not an Affiliate of SA, I am affiliated.. big difference.

How about this, either post something that provides value, or do not post? As a gaming community I am here to represent a new, emerging, gaming site for people to enjoy.

If you don't want to play there, then don't. As for the rest of the players, I am here to help answer questions, ect, ect.

First off why don't you post an introduction thread and let the peeps get to know you. Right now I think you are starting on the wrong foot. Many members will agree with me we don't take this type of issues lightly. So you have to understand our point of view when people come on this site and post things as you have posted just now.

So please do not get upset when we do not accept what you are doing. There is a right way of doing things. All you have to do is ask for help on doing that instead of getting offensive. If you own the site or anything of that nature you can sign up as a rep for that site.

Side note: You catch more bees with honey than with vinegar.

What I think is happening is that people are being more offensive than necessary. It would be a good idea to post an intro thread, but from my experience they are hardly looked at. I already talked with an admin of the site about Skill Addiction and notified them of the community.

I did not know they had reps though, thanks for that info I will get on that.

Like I said, I am here to help.

You need to talk to the admin on THIS site and see if he can help you. And believe me if you post an introduction it will get noticed. You won't get noticed here that's for certain.

Okay I did some digging and you say this you talked to an admin. Riiiiiight! This is your site and you are trying to promote it. Here is the thread I found on Cash Gamers

Our members are quite aware what our site is and isn't. Show respect for them and they'll do the same for you.

If you behave like a shill and disrespect your fellow members you will learn the hard way that this is not a forum for that kind of activity.

So far you appear to be here to peddle the site. Don't.

Wow.. you guys seriously need to chill out.. its getting pretty ridiculous.

Think what you want, say what you want.. I'm here and always had the same stance..

Stop wasting people's time and flaming the thread. This isn't the only forum vege.. I'm not hiding anything.. stop.

My friend, it's you that needs to chill. If you want to remain a member of this forum I suggest you withdraw the statement "quit flaming this thread" and fly low under the radar until people get to know you. Otherwise you be squandering a valuable resource within the gaming community.

Really? Considering I am the one taking a positive approach to this whole situation I would suggest people stop posting irrelevant comments to the thread. Again, please stop flaming the post..

Spot on!
Flignats; If you got invited into a strangers house would you start criticizing the decor, light a cigarette, flick ash on the carpets and piss in their swimming pool because that's what you do in your own home?
That's what you're doing here. This forum is CasinoMeister's 'house'.

Carry on like that & you will go far my friend - far away from this forum.

Stop wasting people's time and flaming the thread.

Stop posting shilly shite and you'll find folks here are likely to be quite accommodating. Repeating "I'm being positive" means nothing if you are spamming and shilling: that kind of "positivity" ain't worth spit.

FYI, you ought to have a look at the Forum Rules. Just how warmly greeted shills and spammers can expect to be is made pretty clear there.

And last but not least lecturing your fellow members -- almost all of whom have seniority over you here and deserve a lot more respect than you've been giving them -- is a really bad idea.

If you want to be part of this community you should start showing it. If just you want to be an obnoxious dick you'd be wise to take your leave.

Well i must say i have had a look at the skill addiction site and the only publicly available information (without registering details) is in the terms & conditions. Not only that but check out some of the terms and conditions that are apparently "binding" on the player.Especially 2.5 which pretty much over rides the privacy policy and your privacy.Especially look at 2.5, 2.9, 2.15 and 1.2 and compare them.I am sure there are more but i only had a very quick read of the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions numbers were from skill addictions site.

The TOS is a pretty standard TOS, nothing in there that strips players of their rights or anything. Have a look at the typical skill gaming sites out there, you'll find that they are all similar.

Unfortunately, if you are from Australia we can't allow you to play for cash since it is against Australia's laws.

Also, TOS's only go so far anyway. They aren't legally binding if someone commits something illegal behind them.
