Sincity voids 7000 euro on bogus rule.

    Hello,

    I am a player since the beginning that sincity started( about 2 years), I played there allot and over the years and won some and loose some always got payed in full eventually.. Last months I was making numerous deposits didn't had so much luck until last time. I made a deposit of 200 and got a bonus of 100 euro. I kept me on all the rules of the terms and conditions. I got very lucky and hit 1000 times my bet on league of fortune.

    It felt great the excitement of winnings such a big amount with a small bet-size I thought nothing can go wrong I am a 2 years customer with the casino long time verified always got payed big amounts (my biggest cash was 13k).

    And then it struck me I got this heart breaking email, that I won't get payed, with a rules which they can apply to everybody in there benefit. I quote the rule

    " Bonuses offered by Sincitycasino.com are intended for genuine recreational players only. Sincitycasino.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any account if bonus abuse is suspected. At our discretion, all bonuses and subsequent gaming activity may be revoked and voided, and deposits returned.''

    I didn't do anything wrong i just played and hit 1000 times my bet it's a pity that such a good reliable casino like sincity applied this rule to me. As I didn't broke any T&C. I played in the same way all last 2 years didn't cheated or do anything what is prohibited in the T&C.

    Why is it before when I lost my money they didn't send me any email I couldn't play anymore just waited until I made win. A casino has the right to bonusban every player but not to void 7k of winnings on a nonsense rule like this.. I will file a PAB and hoping that the issue gets resolved..

    They are using the good ole fu clause which tells me that this casino is far from reputable. Good luck with your PAB. I hope you get paid in full. My advice to you is to file the PAB right away and don't post any more about this issue until there is a resolution with the PAB.

    Good luck with your PAB, of course you should get paid. Being lucky on a video slot is not bonus abuse.

    Lets just be glad they make slots, and not weapons or something like that. Seems like alot of the game suppliers and payment processors don't care very much who they offer their services to aslong as they get their money back.

    Your not wrong there, I said before, Years ago you used to rely on the games provider, If you come across a site that had MG for instance than you would no it was a safe place to play,

    Now days its just a joke, If your new to online gaming and got stiffed by a casino that has MG and netent, Surely that would put of playing casino's what had theses games,

    Not only do we have to contend with the big wager, Not aloud games, different slots contribute different %, max bet, max bet line, max cash out, Irregular play, Than a headache waiting to get paid,

    Now there confiscating peoples cash even without using a bonus :D I am just glad there is some decent sites left out there

    I really do not understand why they are still being promoted by some sites, Only reason that comes to mind in £££

    Fenix was recently given the Casinomeister Warning treatment: Avoid Fenix Casino, they're cancelling player winnings for their own convenience.

    Chances are SinCity may be headed down the same rabbit hole: we've had several PABs over the last few months, they never respond but they seem to pay the player when we make it clear we're not just going to forget the issue. One has been dragging on for months though, and now this new one. We'll see what we see but it ain't looking good.

    the encouraging posts by members of this site in cases like this. Also the level of care, max pays to these cases is outstanding.

    Will never forget his kind offer for help when i had an issue.

    that really helps to get thru such an awful situation imo. nothing worse when gambling online and then a bad attitude casino steals your winnings. nothing worse. nothing...

    sadly sugarcasino is part of that group since their offer of wagerfree spins recently attracted my attention. however i am going to avoid a second europlay armageddon at any means. the anger and bad feeling of being a victim of mafious behavior lasts extremely long and imo even hurts more than the financial loss.

    worsened by an unresponsive, also rogue iurisdiction - such as curacao. ugly. i am extremely careful when approaching any operation regulated by those part-time-hobby regulators.

    and of course: i keep my fingers crossed and wish all luck possible to the op in going thru this fight.
