IIRC Ladbrokes are one of a small selection of operators who will not deal with third parties i.e. CM/Max to resolve disputes. I am happy to stand corrected though.

If that IS true, then it kind of speaks for itself IMO.

Quite so. Accred casinos must be willing to receive and respond to player complaints, in particular Pitch-A-Bitch (check my sig) issues. Ladbrokes won't so no Accred.

My experiences with Ladbrokes as a player have always been positive and i'm not aware of serious issues with their casino program, but i've got to agree with Max and Nifty here, if a casino's not willing to deal with independant 3rd party mediation they damage their own credibility and ensure that they are more risky to play with than other similar venues that will engage with dispute mediation. On that note, 32 Red use the same software and run the same games. They are are willing to discuss player issues, which are few and far between. Seems a great alternative.

I suppose when you are the world's leading retail bookmaker the sheer arrogance of not having to answer to any 3rd party regarding any issue kicks in, knowing full well the maximal damage this could cause will have no lasting affects on your overall profits whatsoever, but then again i`ve never seen any form of complaint that would normally warrant a PAB filed against them, Ie. - A payment refused due to fraudulent behaviour etcetera.

A pity that some of the world`s gambling big guns take this stance, I suppose they all take the stand that belonging to Ecogra etc will suffice .
