Silver Oak - New game "Polar Explorer" not functioning properly - Customer Service?

Ok, I have read they are shady but got email for free chip so thought I'd try it. Played the new RTG game that just came out today - Polar Explorer. The game did not credit all wins (my best guesstimate is I was shorted $40USD) but did deduct the spin amounts from my balance. Game did not go into feature mode when the correct symbols appeared on a pay line either. The sound that a game makes when the symbol shows up that activates a feature was going off at random times.

The game always cheated in the casinos favor. So yeah. I busted out on the free chip and thought I'd chat with a rep to tell them since the game was new. "Rachel" immediately accused me of opening multiple accounts and redeeming multiple free chips. WTF? I had seriously never been there before and wasn't trying to ask for a credit or comp or do another coupon for free play. I was simply telling them their game was not functioning and a cash playing person would not be as understanding as someone playing on a free chip. It was instant attack mode and I wasn't asking for anything. Period. God forbid I'd have made the playthrough requirement and tried to cash out!

A reputable casino would look into this, ask you for screenshots etc, and send the problem back to RTG for review. It may turn out you simply misunderstood the game, but now that they went into immediate attack mode, they will find it much harder to convince you (and others) that this was one such case of the player not understanding the game rules.


You could try explaining here in more detail, with screenshots if possible, as it is an issue that will affect other RTG casinos.

So I don't know why I thought I would do any different tonight, but thought I'd get screen shots on this new game...different casino, same issue. It's just this game. This screen shot is when the bonus game was activated... Next post will be the immediate spin thereafter. You can tell by the "feature guarantee" it never fired off...

So don't play this one, wherever it's been offered...that would be my advice unless you want to help fund some unknown software glitch. I am not even going to try and chat with a rep at party city, not worth the fight on a free chip.

I have screen shots for anyone to see and analyse. Don't know that I'll find anyone who cares though... thanks for the suggestion! I didn't know if I could get history to repeat so trolled for a free chip somewhere I'd never played before but same management as far as I can tell.

The three boats dont trigger the free spins on this new game.You have to line up the snowflake on the three middle lines.You can see the grapphics of the snowflake in the back ground of the reels.It is light blue.

I was looking at upper left corner of screen that says Bonus. Geez. I may be totally wrong but still the reaction of the host was unfounded IMHO

They must have judged that, by your reaction, you wont deposit with them. Count yourself lucky. They are only nice to players they feel are lambs for their slaughter.

Another case like this with RTG turned out ot be down to the obvious bonus trigger from collective experience not being the one for the game in question. Same here, 3 scatters is expected to trigger some kind of bonus, but in this game it is something far more subtle that is needed.

It's the same at all RTG casinos, but not a glitch, just an innovative new way to trigger free spins.

ive tried it out, it can pay big if you get 3 bonus symbols in the treasure hunt, the think i dont like is you get a random bonus round
i wished it was more like MG´s IR for exsample were you get to pick what bonus round you wanna play.
