I think the universe is telling me to quit online casinos.

Fruity casino netkan bonus rules took £2000
Panda casino took £1000 because of s.e sister site
The palaces took £500 recently due to weird terms then once complained banned me.
Now add Miami dice £3000 for betting over the £5 pound limit.

They have confiscated my winnings as in there terms you cannot gamble over £5 in the bonus. This does not cover the complexity of each of the 300 plus slot machines they have to offer
After playing many machines and pressing over 1400 play buttons i encountered a new slot machine called jewel strike confused with the play and buttons i thought i had won an feature called epic wins which turned out to be some special feature.

Once within it i thought i was gambling 2 pound a shot bit it appeared to be 40 pound for a spins for it .
I would never consciously play a machine 40 spin that's just crazy.

Then i realised i after 3-5 shots it was a mistake in this case i stopped as soon as i realized.
If you watch or do an analysis on my play i normally hang about at least 20 to 30 spins in this case i left as soon as i realised.
I feel this is very harsh as some machine are complicated and not intuitive to play without making such mistakes.
there support do not talk to users over the phone but when ask them fro help they only spam we will not change the decision.

No doubt guys will say its in the terms yes it is but there is no room for mistakes.
I think casinos think users come with an entourage of five lawyers a mathematician to work out bonus terms and is no place for some random who comes to play a simple game of slots.

Geez mate, you are really tapping from one disaster into the next one.

Accidental high bets happened to me just a few weeks ago. 3x $200 meant $600 gone in 3 seconds. Videoslots however being the decent casino they are got in touch with the game provider and they voided the bets as well as refunded the $600 to my account. That is what any reputable casino would do for its players.

PAB and pray that it will go well. You certainly got my sympathy and vote.

Trust me you'll have a hard time dealing with Miami Dice on your own. There have been at least 5 threads on CM alone in the last 30 days of people being banned or funds taken away at Miami Dice.

If you think you've been hard done by, you need to contact their nominated resolution provider which is eCogra. You could PAB here, but you have broken the max bet rule afterall.

I always viewed it as a temporary measure, to cool off and assess your habits, but resume at a later date.

If anyone wanted to fully stop gambling then surely they'd outright close the account(s)?

Casinos never close an account in such that they delete it from their database. It is only changed to dormant and you can re-open it instantly at any time.

SE is the only way where you won't get access for the chosen SE period, hence for problem gamblers the only real choice to block access to the account. But here again, it is never deleted.

I'm with Betat/Slotty on this one. Once a player SE's for gambling problems they execute an indefinite SE across the group and so it should be.

Not according to a certain accredited casino on here, who instead of closing my account, self excluded me for 6 months.
And said after 6 months, they will do it again if i ask for account closing.

that is no good either

sorry wasn't clear in my post. i meant that if casino says they closed your account it doesn't mean that they deleted all your details from their database. your account will just be dormant, a simple click on a checkbox and it is opened again at any time.

Yes, and two hours after that you posted this thread. Have you not read the PAB FAQ as repeatedly requested? Section 2.6 is quite explicit:

We reserve the right to discard any PAB that where that same issue has been posted to the forums. This relates to threads started by, or contributions to other threads by, the person who filed the PAB. This applies equally to posts made before or after the PAB was filed. ... In the case where the material was posted after the PAB was filed there is a very high probability that we will suspend or discard the PAB

Section 3.12 even tells you not to sabotage your PAB by violating section 2.6!

You've been on our site for almost two years and are obviously well aware of the PAB service so there's no excuse for having not read the FAQ. If you can't be arsed to do that why on god's green earth should we spend our time and money trying to help you especially when you're ruining your own (rather slim) chances of a successful PAB resolution?

Luckily I have not had the privilege to try it out yet and hopefully stay that way, And believe me I have been around a few sites in my gambling life, Couple of major rules to stick by, Maxbet, Disallowed games and a rule people bypass is the weighted games,, moving from like roulette to a slot after a big hit and droping bet, Lucky I only play slots, Keep to them few rules and you canot go far wrong,

It happened to me at Betchan. I betted 6.5 the last dozen spins to finish wagering and 1307$ was confiscated because of it. The worst thing is that I asked support about the bonus and they didn't mention it a single time that there was a max bet wagering before I started playing. After I asked for clarification they just told me ''but you didn't ask about it sir''. In my opninion this happens with hunderds of players at these casino's everyday. People get frustrated and casino's are actually creating a very bad image about themselves. I really don't get that they are behaving like this I really don't. There are also some casino's who gave me the money as a bonus with terms of wagering and that is a fair way of resolving this I think.
For me I just play in a real casino for a while although I liked Videoslots and Betat casino wich I joined recently. It all depends on the casino and some of them really go far for their customers and those are the ones I keep depositing. Other casino's I deposit only one time a ''test'' deposit and before the excitement I read every term.
If they behave unworthy of my time I delete my account on the spot and even warn my friends about it.

I hope it will be resolved accordingly
