    Hi,

    iam looking around if there is anybody here who certainly plays or played at shufflemasterlive casino and can share some experience. i have a delaying payment with them for much too long now and their excuse is that they would experience technical problems in processing withdrawals in general. lol.!? so i would be very happy if theres anybody whos maybe also waiting for a payment and can tell me what he was told by the casino.

    any other comments on this are very welcomed too, iam nearly hopeless :-(

    I am sorry that I have no experience with them Coxwel. I took a look at their website and saw it was Playtech who stopped allowing US players long ago.

    Maybe someone will post that has some experience with this group. Good luck to you.

    they are honestly saying this, as unreasonable as it sounds.they really tell theres no way at the moment to pay players and they have no update about this yet from their bank.:confused:. i am so hopeless because i never ever expected sth like this. they should put a warning on their page saying we cant pay at the moment!, would just be fair but i think no casino would do this :). i also called them posted a pab and contacted playtech. no solution yet. they experience these technical problems for nearly a month now. lol..

    they are very friendly, apologize all the time and their contact is prompt. i also read about the brand which owns the casino should be reliable. i cant understand wtf is happening there.
