Just a quick shout out to N1 Casino. I took a deposit bonus the other night and accidentally breached the terms. I was well aware of the maximum bet rule ($5). Nice little slap on the wrist. They must of noticed that it was only a few bets over max bet and chopped it up to player error. Congrats.

Tbh yes you deserved to get your winnings confiscated. Why did you keep playing after the mistake? A honest player would go to live chat to immediately point out their mistake. Done this couple times at some casinos and casinos have been understanding, after all I approached them first.

Meanwhile if you say nothing then make a withdrawal it almost will seem like you'd broken rule intentionally. I'm not saying you specifically did, but generally speaking. You should consider yourself very lucky to have your winnings paid...

Yes, it was only 2 or 3 bets before I noticed. And none of them were winning bets. If they were, I would have contacted support immediately.
I'm sure they noticed my normal trend of $2 to $5 bets. I have been playing there regularly for over a year now and have never bet like that before in my life, so I'm pretty sure they chalked it up to the error in which it was. $60 a spin is a little rich for my blood.
If I wasn't an honest player, I certainly wouldn't be pointing out my mistake on a public chat forum.

Really nice to see a casino accepting that players are only human and can make mistakes, 8 out 10 would have
jumped on it as an excuse not pay.That bloody Max Bet button is a menace, should not be there and definatey not
near the start button, players dont want it anyway, I have never used it on purpose in 20 years.

Agreed! Max bet button is a nuisance and a menace. Most people use autoplay. Even if I'm betting .01 at max bet, I'm STILL pressing the spin button and NOT the max bet button.

Very hard to tell what happens when you press max bet , there are unknowns like will it start the game, some do some dont,
will it set the stake to max coins on the chosen denomination or will it go full blast and set it to max coins on the highest denomination.
The last case happened to me once, £1000 spin on a shit game, casino would not even talk about refunding it.
Amazes me that the UKGC doesnt pick up on these things,too busy enforcing 3 second spins and messing up autoplay.

Play at this casino at your own risk. I deposited, played and got verified. I deposited a couple of times again, and it was only 3 days after they emailed me that I was fully verified when they suddenly required additional docs and declined my cashout. I protested but was bluntly told that though I was verified they could request additional docs at any time and my cashouts would keep being declined. Come on, I know they can request docs but its only been 3 feaking days after verification. Disgusting behaviour from a casino I consider crooked.
