Shark Casino Owes Me $29,500

When I was let go from Shark casino, it left them with almost know one except current employees, Managment was gone. Tomil was the highest "ranking" employee and also would have more experience than anyone still there claiming to be a manager. In fact Tomil was one one of my right hand men. I would trust anything he says here, but I doubt he would be able to make a final decesion on something that would go above payouts.
As for emails, what people have to understand is that if you address an email to a specific person or department that does not excist,(operations manager) some time it is filtered out completely or it is rerouted to another box. You would be suprised how many e-mails were sent to "owner" @shark casino, that were filtered to my box. I would still answer the email, but I was not the owner, but sometimes the recepient would not believe it because they "sent the letter to the owner.

First of all, when an emial is addressed to support, because that is the only email address available...another one of Shark's mistakes, but is very clearly marked in the subject line "CONFIDENTIAL TO ....... there is NO ONE who should open that email but the recipient. Not only did Joe intercept, reply, but he deleted the entire email so no one, including the intended recipient would ever see it. Guess he thought I was the average Joe who would just accept his response and take it no further. Well, he was wrong, because first of all, he violated not only email, but responded to a "CONFIDENTIAL EMAIL" in no way addressed to him. When management was contacted in regards to this, they promised this would be addressed, because, they could not even find record of this email. I forwarded a copy to them of mine, and Joe's response, to not only the regular support email, once again addressed to Confidential to....., but to a private email as well, so Joe or whoever could not intercede this email. You might note, when I found out who Tomil was, I was shocked, because, I was told by management that this was unaccepatble and it would be looked into.

So where it stands now folks is this, I spoke with management again and my report should be able to print within a few days. Problem is it is so large, it keeps shutting down when they try to print, so they are trying different methods and for this I do believe they are being honest. I know they are under new management, have a lot of damage control to deal with, and Tomil is in no way helping this. I know the ones who are deceiving and the ones, I pray that I am trusting, will not let me down, so I say, deposit at your own risk. If what I have been told by the new management is true, they are trying to resolve..it's just as I have told them...being a business owner myself, if I ran my operations like you run yours, I would be shut down immediately. Time will tell and I pray that the new management is sincere, even though VERY slow. So to everyone, I just say, deposit at your own risk. I will keep you updated, as the recent news is by mid week I should have my report. I will let you know how it all works out.

Just an admin note to state that Tomil has a @sharkcasino.com email address. So he's been added to the Casino Rep section.

@Tomil - you may want to change your occupation in your User CP. At the moment it states "Student"
 
Only owed one more payment of $1967 right now. It was supposed to come March 29th, but tomil apparently went on vacation, and nobody at Shark was informed of my withdrawal schedule. So now it might be delayed until next week. This would present a problem, as Neteller closes to Canadian gambling transactions on Monday, and last time I tried to do a non-Neteller withdrawal, it was a huge pain.

Oh well. Still, only owed $1967, I have been paid $27,500 total since last summer.
 
No resolution

Hi phyn, infortunately there has been no resolution to my payout. They continued to lie to me and tell me the audit was being sent to me and then every time I would call after that, they would tell me neither of the two people I needed to speak with was in. They would take a message and have them call me, of which they never did.

So, I remain unpaid, told them to close my account, of which they have not, however will not play there ever again.

These people are liars and theives. Obviously their "new" management, is much worse than the old.

My advice is DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE.
 
Shark Casino Not Accepting Canadian Players

Hadn't played there for sometime and had them reset my password.

Then when I tried to play, they said Canadian Players are not welcome.

From all the previous negative posts, I guess I'm lucky to be a Canadian, eH!

Does anyone no why they do not accept Canadian Players? I'm just curious.
