Hi guys !

Yesterday i recieved an email from slotsmillion regarding a 150 % bonus up to 300 Euro. Today i went to slotsmillion.com and now this is the weird things that followed. I tried to log on to my account through mydesktop and that didnt work ( Im sure about my username and password, have played there a few times, I just recieved "errorcode 404 ").

So i went to my laptop, went to slotsmillion.com and it immidently showed that i was logged in. And it was not MY ACCOUNT, it was someone elses with money on it, A few hundred Euros. I am the only one who could use my laptop " I have difficult password on it ", and also, ive been at home this whole week except for buying food.

I could see all the sensetive information from this account, for example name, adress, change password, deposit, gaminghistory etc. I have photoevidence on my phone but I wont upload it here because that would not be good.( I wasnt able to take printscreens on my laptop and i dont know why ) Im thinking of calling the person that holds this account ( He lives a long way from me but in the same country )

Ive tried to find the correct number to slotsmillion callcentre but im unable since i Cant even log in to my own account! ( It seems its only avavible when logged in, same as livechat! )

This is really scary since my cardinformation is my account at slotsmillion, though not the last 3 digit code. And if i can see all information on another players account, then someone could see mine, and thats not safe at all.

This is urgent, someone please give me the phone number to them!!!

It's owned by Alea Gaming Limited in Malta - you could try this number....or maybe the Malta regulator - they're licensed there.

"errorcode 404 "

That's page not found in almost all languages / coding...
Most probably they're experiencing some difficulties with their systems, attacks or something similar;

Try not to panic...
Everything will be most probably solved in a couple of hours (if they care for their business)...

Error 404 pages are nothing to worry about at all. Just annoying. It could have been a server issue there end or even an outage with one of the hops you will go through to reach the site. Happens quite often annoyingly (especially with my BT account ) but the pages on the casino will be using HTTPS so your data is totally secure. The only breach could be your end if you got infected with a key stroke logger/ malware which in rare cases can happen.

I always run firewalled as have been hacked a number of times in the past. Servers do get hacked of course but Casinos will have pretty robust security in place so I dont think from there end its anything to worry over. Not a security breech I would wager based on the info you have shared here. Chill

i get a 404 error when jumping to there site from a saved link .if you end up logged into the other persons account again log it out for them :)

Strange occurance

Hi everyone,

just to give you an update, we have taken in all the provided information and are investigating. The reported issue seems astronomically away from possible but you never know. There has been no anomaly on our systems and all personal information is safe.

TGIF!

The issue is really not about the "errorcode 404". The real issue is that I was for some reason on another players account without even logging in, with very personal information, i could see it all. For example, i know his adress, name, phonenumber etc. I was thinking about calling him, but they told me they would.

Slotsmillion has definetly taken my information and my photos seriusly, they seem to put alot of effort into this to figure out WHY THIS HAPPENED. Thats good, but still. This is really REALLY weird.

Personally, I'd give him a call to let him know what's up. I'd just like to have piece of mind that he did in fact get the message and knows what's going on. You could even email him the photos, at the very least. Karma can be your best friend.

I did call him 15 minutes ago to give him a heads-up. It came like a chock for him. Slotsmillion doesnt seem to have tried to contact him. Ive sent the photos i took and explained what had happened. He seems really pissed and really scared ( I would too ) . But he really appriciated the fact that i called him and he and me will stay in contact. We fear that other people who went to slotsmillion also saw his accountinformation, if i could see it then other people probobly could see it aswell.

I still havnt deposited and claimed the 150 % bonus, Im a bit afraid to deposit there right now:(:(

hmm I should learn to read posts more clearly. Re-reading this is strange and yes can see why alarm bells are ringing. The odds of punching in wrong data that matched another account would have to be vast! But in very very rare cases account exposure "could" happen but it would rely on many factors. Can see why OP is worried now!

Deeplay: I didnt enter any data at all, I just visited the website and was automaticly logged on his account. Sure, strange things can happen, but this may be too much.

Hmmmm, strange seeing this thread now as the last couple of days I have had various security messages flashing up when entering some casino websites accusing them of being 'phishing websites', which didn't use to happen. Probably coincidence, but what if ....... !

Hello ladies and gents,

There is no security issue on the site. We have of course spent countless hours and had experts look into this issue and there is no bug or security leak anywhere. We have not been able to replicate this issue nor explain it in any possible way. We have looked at all logs going back significant amount of time and there has been no anomaly whatsoever.
All data is secure, there is no need for panic.

So what we can infer from that is that you're basically saying OP is a liar? While that's definitely a possibility, I'd be a bit more careful than to categorically state that there are no security leaks anywhere - there ALWAYS are, no matter the system.

WOAH buddy! Easy tiger. I have been using English for 20+ years in my every day life, I am sure that I did not say that OP is a liar.
Cheers!
